A: Hey, B ,you look not very happy these days, I really worry about you. C: Yeah, what wrong with you?

what are the important factors in shaping one’s personality?
A: Guys，I have a problem. Can you help me? B: Of coruse..What’s the problem?
A: I am asked to write a compesition about what are the important factors in shaping one’s personality. But I have no idea about this, even I do not know how to start it. C: Oh, that is not a easy job. I think family is the most important factor in shaping one’s personality, especially for children. The experiences that we go through in the family really have a deep reflect on our personality. Just as the theory says， a person who lack something or eager for something，it’s maybe that his requirement in childhood do not satisfy with him.
A: Sounds right. Well, what about your opinion, C?
B: I think the environment where we live plays an important role. Just as the old saying goes ”one takes the behavior of one’s company”. Our neighbors’ and our teachers’ behavior, rude or polite, can have a reflect us in a unconscious way.

What are the cause of the most serious social promblems in China?
A: Have you heard that a girl had killed herself in the university of Jiliang?
B: Yeah, that’s so crazy, one of my friend shared the picture on Renren, why was she so stupid?
C: Well, it is said that she had a quarrel with her mother and then just jumped out of the window.
B: Oh, so terrible. It seems that with the development of our society, more and more social problems had come up. For example, the car accident, especially the case of Yao Jiaxin, the young man must been out of mind to kill the girl he crashed in. Maybe it’s because with the economic developing that fast, people pay less attention to the moral aspect.
A: And you know, the fast growth in economic make the gap between poor people and the rich ones even bigger. So that also cause many social problems, the rich ones think that money can settle everything and so they are not afraid of doing some crazy stuff. Just like Yao did.
C: And the poor ones, who can’t even feed their families have to do something that is illegal to make their ends meet. That’s why the number of robbery and stealing is also increasing rapidly. And the environment is also not very good for us to lead a happy life. You know, there are so many violent movies which may have bad effect on people, that must be a reason why children like to mimic the rude behaviors. B: What I am also thinking about is that our education situation, we pay too much attention on the grades and leave out the importance of teaching children how to be a well-behaved person.
A: So in case of solving these problems, we should make it clear what are the responsibilities of the school, the parents and our society. Actions should be taken immediately to settle all these problems. C: And hope cases like Yao never happen again.
