第五章 项目选址与建设条件

一、地点与地理位置

项目场址位于xx县靛水新城。靛水新城地处连彭务公路、渝湘高速、渝湘高铁,彭酉高速,地理位置和区位优势明显。

二、自然地理状况

xx县位于重庆市东南部,乌江下游,渝、鄂、湘、贵四省市交界处,总面积3903平方公里。人口68万,辖11个镇,28个乡,26个居民委员会,274个村民委员会。xx县位于北纬28°57′-29°50′,东经107°48′-108°35′,开放的xx自治县日益显现出其特有的发展优势和巨大的发展潜力。

xx自治县属亚热带季风湿润气候区,具有四季分明而季差大,气候温和而冷暖不均;雨量充沛而分布不均,云雾多而霜雪少,日照少而无霜期长,垂直气候明显,灾害天气频繁的特点。春季温暖多寒潮,夏季炎热多伏旱,秋季凉爽多绵雨,冬季天冷无酷寒。年平均气温17.5℃,多年平均年降雨量1228.7mm。

三、水文条件

区内地下水类型可分为第四系构散岩类孔隙水及碎屑岩类孔隙裂隙水。第四系土层的孔隙潜水,主要分布于人工填土层中。经地面调查,区内未见井、泉点出露,表明其地下水较为贫乏。项目地水文地质条件简单。

四、工程地质条件 1、地形地貌

规划区用地属溶蚀低山地貌。地形坡角一般为3~17度,规划区内约30%的面积基岩裸露,第四系覆盖层覆盖面积相对较大,地形起伏,微地貌形态以缓坡和岩溶落水洞为主,溶蚀深度较大。

2、地质构造

项目区位于魔围山隧道出口处。区内未发现断层及次级褶皱,岩体中见发育两组构造隙裂,裂隙结构面未见泥化夹层,属硬性结构面。

3、地层岩性

项目地上覆土层主要有第四系全新统人工填土(Q4m1)、残坡积层(Q4e1+d1);下伏基岩为侏罗系中统上沙溪庙组(J2S)泥岩及砂岩。

其特征由上至下分述如下: ①第四系全新统人工填土(Q4m1)

素填土:黄褐色,主要由砂岩、泥岩块碎石及粉质粘土组成。主要为修建居民房时回填,稍密—中密,稍显。回填时间5年-30年,主要分布于居民区,厚0.0m-5.0m。

②第四系全新统残坡积层(Q4e1+d1)

粉质粘土:黄褐色,软塑-可塑状,含少量砂、泥石角砾,厚度0.5m-3.00m。主要分布于低洼地带。

③侏罗系中统上沙溪庙组(J2S)基岩

泥岩:紫红色,泥质结构,巨厚层状构造。由粘土矿物组成,广泛颁布于评估区,系场地内主要岩性。砂岩:灰白色,细粒结构,巨厚层状构造。矿物成分主要为长石、石英,次之为云母,钙质胶结,与泥岩呈不等厚状产出。

4、不良地质现象

项目地及邻近未见滑坡、危岩崩塌、泥石流、地面塌陷及塌岸等不良地质现象分布,宜于建设。
