BPC Lemongrass Project in Malaysia —Piping construction method statement 套管的胀缩。 Gap between casing pipe and main pipe shall be uniform. Supporting block shall be welded as per design document, which shall not impact expansion & shrinkage of main pipe and casing pipe.

5.2.22.4.主管加工完毕后,焊接部位应裸露进行压力试验。试验压力应以主管的内部或外部设计压力大者为基准进行压力试验,稳压10min,经检验无泄漏,目测无变形后降至设计压力,停压30min,以不降压、无渗漏为合格。 After main pipe processing, welded part shall be exposed for pressure test. For test pressure, inner or outer design pressure of main pipe, whichever is bigger, shall be taken as a standard. Stabilize pressure for 10mins, check whether there is any leakage, if no deformation by visual inspection, hold pressure for 30mins. It will be deemed as qualified if no pressure reduction and leakage found.

5.2.22.5.夹套管加工完毕后,套管部分应按设计压力的1.5倍进行压力试验。 After jacket pipe processing, casing part shall take pressure test at 1.5 times design pressure.

5.2.22.6.弯管的夹套组焊,应在主管弯曲完毕并经探伤合格后进行。For jacket assembling and welding of bend, it shall be carried out after main pipe bending and NDE test done. 5.2.22.7.输送熔融介质管道的内表面焊缝,应平整光滑,不得有突出的焊瘤。其质量应符合设计文件的规定。Inner surface weld seam of pipe, which transfers melting media, shall be even and smooth without welding slag. The quality shall meet design documents.

5.2.22.8.当夹套管组装有困难时,套管可采用剖分组焊的形式,其复原焊接应保证质量。If it is difficult to assemble jacket pipe, dissection can be adopted for casing pipe assembling, the restore welding shall be qualified.

5.2.22.9.夹套管的主管管件,应使用无缝或压制对接管件,不得使用斜接弯头。 For pipe fittings of main pipe, seamless or compressed butt-connected pipe fittings shall be adopted rather than mitred-connected bend.

5.2.22.10.夹套弯管的套管和主管,应保证其同轴度,偏差不得超过3mm. For casing pipe and main pipe of jacketed bend, the axis shall be the same with allowance no more than 3mm. 5.2.22.11. 各类管子的钢管种类、外径和壁厚公差,应符合表4和表5的要求。The requirement of Various types of steel pipe 、outer diameter and wall thickness tolerance is shown in form 4 and form 5:

5.3.支架安装Support Installation

管道安装过程中,管支架必须同时安装,以便确保管道施工质量。

Pipe support must be installed in parallel with pipe installation to insure construction quality of piping.

5.3.1.吊架安装 installation of hanger

5.3.1.1无热位移的管道,其吊架(包括弹簧吊架)应垂直安装。

For piping without thermal walking, hanger (including spring hanger) should be installed vertically.

5.3.1.2有热位移的管道,吊点应设在位移的相反方向(如图(8)),位移值按设计图纸确定。两根热位移相反或位移值不等的管道,不得使用同一吊杆。

For piping with thermal walking, support point should be set against movement direction (see

5.3.2.弹簧支吊架安装Installation of Spring Hanger

弹簧支吊架的弹簧高度,应按设计文件规定和厂家说明书进行安装。弹簧的临时固定件,应待系统安装、试压、绝热完毕后方可拆除。Spring height of spring hanger should be installed as per design requirements and vendor instruction. Temporary fixture of spring could only be removed after completion of system installation, hydrates and hot insulation. 5.3.3.导向和滑动支架安装installation of guide support and skid support

导向支架或滑动支架的滑动面应洁净平整,不得有歪斜和卡涩现象。其安装位置应从支撑面中心向位移反方向偏移(如图(9)),偏移量为位移值的1/2。(位移值由设计定)。sliding surface of guide support or skid support should be clean and smooth, free from deflection or stuck. Installation position should be from support center towards opposite against displacement direction (see sketch 9),
