山东泉林纸业木浆生产废水处理工程设计

摘 要

造纸工业废水排放量大,污染严重,生态破坏性大,多年来一直是困扰世界各国造纸工业和环保组织的热门话题和研究的重点。为降低造纸工业废水对环境的危害,造纸行业必须建立相应的污水处理系统。本课题从工程设计的角度出发,为山东泉林纸业的木浆生产废水处理设计一套可行适用的工艺方案,降低污水处理成本、提高处理效率,实现经济效益与环境效益的统一。

通过对该造纸厂污水性质的分析及各种处理方法的比较,发现物理法和生化法相结合能够提高污水的可生化性有效的去除造纸废水中的BOD、COD、SS,可以使处理的出水达到回用和排放标准。本设计使用气浮——接触氧化 工艺处理造纸废水。设计内容主要包括造纸处理方法的综述、工艺流程的确定、主要构筑物尺寸设计与计算、主要设备选型、平面及高程设计、投资经济分析等方面。

Abstract

Paper industry wastewater emissions, pollution, ecological damage, over the years has been the focus of troubled world paper industry and environmental organizations, hot topic and research. In order to reduce the harm of papermaking wastewater to the environment, the paper industry must establish appropriate sewage treatment system. This paper from the view of engineering design, for the design of treating wastewater from production of pulp a feasible technical scheme of Shandong Quanlin paper, reduce the cost of sewage treatment, improve processing efficiency, realize the unification of economic benefits and environmental benefits. Through the comparative analysis and processing method of the paper mill effluent properties, physical and biochemical method can improve the sewage can be removed in Papermaking Wastewater by BOD, COD, SS effective biochemical treatment, can make the effluent reached the reuse and discharge standards. The design of air -- contact oxidation process in the treatment of papermaking wastewater. The design content mainly includes the review process, paper processing method to determine the size, the main structures in the design and calculation, main equipment selection, plane and elevation design, investment economic analysis etc.
