检验HOMEBASE 产品时请注意钉书钉只能用来 钉合纸箱边缘, 不能用来封住箱口/箱底,封箱口/箱底一定要用透明的宽胶带 . (附图中外箱是不可以接受的)

在检验HOMEBASE的花园家具(GARDEN FURNITURE)产品时---如花园椅，桌，凳..., 如下的(CANCER RESEARCH)宣传单 一定要出现在说明书/彩盒中,如果没有,要ON HOLD 报告结果.
HOMEBASE 加入这张宣传单的目的是提醒消费者避免太阳照射造成的皮肤癌.
如果该宣传单是黑白印刷,不是彩色的,客人也可以接受. THANKS !

Please do not use the template of general/wooden product anymore when inspecting outdoor furnitures---such as garden chair,table,stool...
Sunsmart check sheet is applicaple for Garden furniture only.

鉴于大家对于WEEE MARK所覆盖的产品范围仍然不是很明确，现在针对灯具部分做进一步的解释：
不需要WEEE MARK 的产品：
1）Filament light bulbs—this exemption applies to all light bulbs which emit light through the use of a filament. 所有通过灯丝发热而发光的灯泡， 如白炽灯，卤钨灯(卤素气体帮助在高温下挥发的钨重新回到灯丝上以增加灯的寿命）
2）Household luminaries—regards as the immediate structure surrounding a lamp, including the lamp holder or socket with a standard three pin plug and /or designed to take a light bulb together with other attachments fixing this to the wall, or ceiling or body of a free-standing lamp. 由简单电路组成的家用灯具。（电线+灯头+灯泡 ）
需要WEEE MARK 的产品：
1）Fluorescent lamp/compact fluorescent lamps 荧光灯/节能灯
2）Hign intensity discharge lamp/ Halogen lamp 高压放电灯/金属卤化物灯/高压钠灯/低压钠灯 3）LED or Fibre optic systems are likely to be deemed within the scope of WEEE. 发光二极管和光纤
4）带有印制线路板（PCB）和变压器（TRANSFORMER）的某些灯具

Dear All
在HOMEBASE 验货中,如果同一批验货(同一份报告)包括两款或两款以上的产品, 而其中任何一款产品的DEFECT总数量(MAJOR+MINOR)超过AQL允许值总数(MAJOR+MINOR)的70% ,报告结果就要ON HOLD,即使各款产品的DEFECT总数没有超过AQL允许值. 例如:

四款产品一起验:43333/43334/43335/43336,
其中43336的MAJOR--4,MINOR--11,总数为15, 超过了总AQL--21(MAJOR-7 + MINOR-14)的70%, 报告结果应为ON HOLD
如果超过了50%，没到70%，只需要REMARK在报告中。
而且,在发生这种情况的同时一定要立即通知STR SZ or HK OFFICE (Eric.Wu-26010571/Bee-29434681)
这样做的目的是为了避免某些质量特别烂的产品混入其它产品中一起走货.

3)Domestic luminaires (both ceiling lighting & lighting chains) which use low voltage (e.g. 12v) filament bulbs powered via a transformer do not come under WEEE because they are domestic luminaires using filament lamp bulbs.
对于带变压器的家用灯具,如果灯泡是使用灯丝的低压灯泡(如12瓦),不论变压器是内置式还是独立的,都不需要WEEE MARK
需要WEEE MARK 的产品：(Product under WEEE) 1）Fluorescent lamp/compact fluorescent lamps 节能灯/荧光灯(有灯丝的家用荧光灯除外)

对于HOMEBASE 验货,
属于UK的一定不要留草稿报告给工厂,但属于HK的,一定要留草稿报告给工厂. 凡是属于此附件内列出的VENDOR 名,都属于HK,没有列入的,属于UK.
另外,HOMEBASE和ARGSO的SPEC 都要保留在工厂,不要带走,以备下次验货时使用,盖章并请工厂保存,如果收到公司的更新资料,就一定扔掉相同款的旧资料,以免引起混淆.

关于HOMEBASE 验货,现有三点重要通知:
1,外箱上如果发现金属打包带扣,只需要REMARK,不需要ON HOLD,因为Metal crimps are allowed for HB shipment
