For example, a brazilian company want to cooperate with a Japanese company. When the previous communications is finished, two sides appiont to hold a business parley for the further cooperation. Japanese businessmen inform Brazilian company the exact time and place of negociation. But at the day of negociation, the Brazilian bargaining union be late 1 hour, this behevior make the Japanese feel very angry. Althought Brazilian express very sorry for their mistake, Japanese think

that Brazilian do not have enough sincerity for this parley. But through the consultation in the team, Japanese decide to continue this negociation, because they think this cooperation will bring company the substantial profit. During the parley, Japanese still talk about the details of cooperation actively in the most time, that makes Brazilian very passive. In the subsequent several communication, Japanese still keep a patient atitude to consult the content of contract with Brazilain, but Brazilian efficiency of work is very low, and it is difficult to let them make compromise about some aspect of contract. Through a long period of consult, both sides reach a agreement, and enter the further cooperation. But when the contract is runned formally, Brazilian efficiency of fulfilling the contract is not very well, they even require revise the details on the contract. Finally, Japanese company decide to stop the cooperation.
