I couldn’t agree more with the professor. Firstly, staying indoors means there will be a lack of exercise. As the saying goes, “A sound mind is in a sound body.” That is to say, one’s mind and body are closely related. If one’s physical health fails, his mind will be very likely to suffer. Secondly, we human beings are creatures that interact greatly with other members in our society.
