我国际贸易企业如何面对电子商务挑战
摘 要
本文从我国外贸企业所处的境况出发，结合当今电子商务的发展趋势，首先阐述电子商务对我国国际贸易的影响和国贸企业的应对时下激烈竞争的对策。进而从电子商务的概念含义；电子商务的起源与其在国际贸易中的应用的发展阶段来讨论我国国际贸易企业模式转型；最后讨论电子商务在我国企业中的应用与发展；中国在国际贸易中如何运用电子商务重新定位自己面对挑战；企业如何利用电子商务实现效益提高；商务拓展；和企业面临的风险如何迎接挑战等方面进行论述。

How Dose Chinese Foreign Trade Enterprises face the challenge of Electronic Commerce
Abstract：Paper from the environment of Chinese foreign trade launched the discussion with a combination of the trend of electronic commerce. At first elaborate the influence of electronic commerce to Chinese international trade and how Chinese international trade enterprises deal with the fierce competition nowadays; Next ，with a detailed interdiction of the concept and origin of electronic commerce and the process of the using of electronic commerce in international trade field we discuss the transition of Chinese foreign trade enterprises . At last , we discuss the application and development in Chinese international trade enterprises ; how does Chinese international enterprises reposition themselves and face the challenge and how to use electronic commerce to help increase profits；to develop business ;how many risks we have to face and conquer them.
