测量作业指导书
1.编制依据
⑴《新建铁路工程测量规范》(TB10101—2009); ⑵《全球定位系统(GPS)铁路测量规程》(TB10054); ⑶《全球定位系统(GPS)测量规程》(GB/T18314—2001); ⑷《国家一、二等水准测量规范》(GB12897—1991); ⑸《国家三、四等水准测量规范》(GB12898-1991); ⑹《铁路隧道监控量测技术规程》TB 10121一2007 ⑺《铁路隧道工程施工指南》(TZ204-2008)
2.执行标准
我分部管段设计为无砟轨道铁路,按客货共线列车设计行车速度120km/h,预留提速条件。该段铁路测量按以下标准执行:
⑴《国家一、二等水准测量规范》(GB12897—1991); ⑵《国家三、四等水准测量规范》(GB12898-1991); ⑶《新建铁路工程测量规范》(TB10101—2009);
3.工程概况
南吕梁山隧道位于山西省临汾市境内,隧道线路贯穿于南吕梁山山脉以东及临汾盆地边缘丘陵区。隧道进口端位于蒲县境内,出口端位于临汾市尧都区及洪洞县交界处,设计为双洞单线隧道,线间距30m。1#斜井长2450m,2#斜井2630m。正洞承担里程段为DK301+285~DK310+800,位于直线段上,隧道内设计为单面坡,自洞口起分别以

8‰(坡长575m)、12.6‰下坡至隧道出口;右线均位于直线段上,隧道内设计为单面坡,自进口起分别以6.6‰ (坡长795m)、 12.6‰下坡至隧道出口。分别在DK304+200、DK309+050附近设置1#、2#斜井。采用双车道无轨运输断面,其中1#斜井长度分别为2450m,综合坡率为11.1%,2#斜井长度为2630m,综合坡率为11.4%,见图。

4.测量人员及仪器保障 4.1测量人员
分部组织具有多年测量经验的测量工程师负责测量工作,一般测量工作由具有测量资质的技术人员完成;建立和完善测量工作规章制度和复核流程,测量技术人员对测量资料进行整理归档。分部配置主要测量人员如下:

分部根据测量要求,配置一定数量、精度高、技术性能稳定的仪器。仪器在进场前必须检定合格方可使用;在测量过程中如发现仪器出现异常情况,须经检定后可再次投入使用;测量仪器指定专人管理,定期进行检定校核。仪器配置仪器见下表:

无碴轨道铁路工程测量的平面、高程控制网,按施测阶段、施测目的及功能可分为勘测控制网、施工控制网、运营维护控制网。各阶段的平面控制测量应用共同使用一个GPS基础平面控制网。
无碴轨道铁路工程测量平面控制网按分级布网的原则分三级布设。第一级为基础平面控制网(CPⅠ),第二级为线路控制网(CPⅡ),第三级为基桩控制网(CPⅢ)。各级平面控制网的作用为:
① CPⅠ主要为勘测、施工、运营维护提供坐标基准; ② CPⅡ主要为勘测和施工提供控制基准;
③ CPⅢ主要为辅设无碴轨道和运营维护提供控制基准。
5.1 CP1和CP11测量精度
无碴轨道铁路工程测量平面控制布网按下表要求执行:
