摘 要
MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)是一套Windows平台的、用于快速构造和生成上位机监控系统的组态软件系统。MCGS为用户提供了解决实际工程咨询题的完整方案和开发平台，能完成现场数据采集、实时和历史数据处理、报警和安全机制、流程操纵、动画显示、趋势曲线和报表输出以及企业监控网络等功能。MCGS在机械手操纵系统中的应用。利用组态软件MCGS设计了机械手模型操纵系统监控界面，提供了较为直观、清晰、准确的机械手运行状态，进而为修理和故障诊断提供了多方面的可能性，充分提升了系统的工作效率。
MCGS 具有操作简便、可视性好、可爱护性强、高性能、高可靠性等突出特点。

Abstract
MCGS ( Monitor and Control Generated System ) is a set of Windows platform, used for rapid construction and generation of PC control system configuration software system. MCGS provides users with solving the practical problems in the complete plan and development platform, can complete the data acquisition, real-time and historical data processing, alarm and security mechanism, process control, animation display
, trend curve and report output and enterprise monitoring network and other functions. MCGS in manipulator control system application. Using the configuration software MCGS design of the manipulator model control system monitoring interface, provides a more intuitive, clear, accurate manipulator operation state, and for the repair and fault diagnosis for the manifold possibilities, and fully improve the working efficiency of the system.
MCGS has the advantages of simple operation, good visibility, the maintainability is strong, high performance, high reliability and other prominent features.
