摘要

本论文主要阐述了上海通用别克轿车转向系统的组成、作用、工作原理及常见故障诊断与排除。根据转向系统结构及工作原理分析转向沉重、低速摆头、直线行驶时自动跑偏、单边转向不足等常见故障的诊断与排除,其中重点分析了转向沉重的几种不同情况。同时提出了对出现的故障进行维修的可行方法,对每个问题都有具体的分析和良好的认识,对所学内容进行了认真的总结归纳,以此进一步掌握别克轿车转向系统的各方面知识,故障原因的系统分析,从而得出良好的诊断方案进而排除。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the Shanghai-GM Buick steering system components, functions, principles and common fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. According to steering system structure and work principle analysis to heavy, low head, straight driving automatic running deviation and unilateral under steer when common failures diagnosis and elimination, which focus on analysis turned heavy in several different situations. Also puts forward to repair the faults that appear feasible methods, analysis of each question has specific and good knowledge of the course seriously summed, to further understand Buick steering system of knowledge, systematic analysis of the failure causes and to obtain good diagnostic program and thus excluded.
