饲用碎机毕业设计

【摘要】饲料是发展畜牧业的物质基础,而饲料的生产加工水平决定着畜牧业发展的规模和速度,直接关系到农业和整个国民经济的发展。要使畜牧业迅速发展,关键是解决饲料问题。饲料来源是当前我国畜牧业生产中的一个突出问题,由于我国人均粮食占有水平低,不可能用大量的粮食作为饲料用粮。从畜牧业对饲料的需求来看,远远还不能满足畜牧业的需求,因此,必须发挥我国情——粗饲料丰富的优势,充分合理利用我国的各种饲料资源。我国作为农业大国,实现“农业机械化”一直是我国农业发展的主要目标之一,为此国家还出台了农业机械购置补贴政策,每年中央财政拨出数亿元的补贴专项资金,鼓励和支持农民使用先进适用的农业机械,推进农业机械化进程,提高农业综合生产能力,促进农业增产、增效。研究新型玉米秸秆粉碎机械,解决在工作原理及性能、尺寸参数、材料等方面的问题,以达到对青状玉米秸秆苜蓿类物料的加工利用,解决成本低与生产率高的矛盾,保证粉粒尺寸满足实际生产的需要,为我国农村,农业的发展提供技术支持。 关键词:畜牧 饲料 农业机械 饲用秸秆切碎机

[Abstract]:Is the material basis for the development of animal husbandry, feed and feed production and

processing level decides the scale and speed of animal husbandry development, is directly related to the development of agriculture and the whole national economy. To make the rapid development of animal husbandry, the key is to solve the problem of feed. Feed source is a prominent problem in current China's animal husbandry production, due to the low level of per capita grain possession, do not use large amounts of food as feed USES. From livestock demand for feed, far can not meet the needs of animal husbandry, therefore, must play the advantages of rich I conditions - roughage, sufficient and reasonable use of all kinds of feed resources in China.As an agricultural country in our country, the realization of \mechanization\has always been one of the main goals of agricultural development in our country, this country has introduced agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy, the central government to set aside each year hundreds of millions of yuan subsidies for special funds, encourage and support farmers to use advanced and applicable agricultural machinery, the process of agricultural mechanization, improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity, promote agricultural production, increase efficiency. Research new maize straw crushing machine, solve the work principle and performance, size parameters, materials and other issues, in order to achieve the green corn stover types of material processing, solve the contradictions of low cost and high productivity, ensure powder grain size meet the needs of actual production, for our country rural areas, to provide technical support for the development of agriculture. Maize straw crusher (feed mill) can effectively promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industry, agricultural and sideline products into. key words: agricultural;mechanical;feeding livestock;feed straw chopper
