摘 要

高血压性脑出血是当今社会严重危害人类健康的主要致病之一,其具有高发病率、高致残率及高致死率的特点,近年来其发病率逐年提高,即使能够治理,许多患者在治疗后仍留有不同程度的残疾。究其原因所在:多数患者常突然起病,家属遇到此类情况不知所措,导致延误最佳的抢救时机。本试验通过观察组和对照组在患者的治愈、好转、死亡和总有效率等方面比较,通过统计分析,观察组的治愈率、治疗有效率均明显高于对照组,同时其病死率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。因此能够得出:家属在患者发病后及时、有效的处理发挥了至关重要的作用,在危急时刻对患者进行有效、合理的护理不但可以给院前急救争取时间,提高患者的治愈率,且能有效挽救患者的生命。如果院前急救真正能够有效实施对于患者及其家庭成员来说都有重要意义。

Abstract

Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is one of the main pathogenic in today's society serious harm to human health.with the characteristics of the high incidence and high morbidity and high mortality rate, its incidence has gradually increased, even if they can control, many patients after treatments till left varying degrees of disability. The reason for this situation is that because patients often sudden onset, their families encounter such a situation at a loss, delayed the best time to rescue. Through observation and control groups in the patient's cure, improved, death and total efficiency through statistical analysis, the cure rate of the observation group, effective treatment was significantly higher than the fatality rate was significantly lower than control group The difference between two groups were statistically significant. Therefore able to draw: to play an important role in the effective treatment of family members in the first time, patients with appropriate care to strive for pre-hospital emergency in times of crisis, improve the cure rate of patients, and can effectively save the lives of patients. Truly effective implementation of great significance for patients and patient families.
