Article ten

Code of conduct about safety

1. Actively participate in production safety education and training, master knowledge about safety

production, improve safety production skill, enhance one’s ability to cope with the emergency and accidents;

2. It is forbidden to cover or occupy fire hydrant or occupy fire-fighting space, block fire-fighting

passageway and safety escape, or destroy and arbitrarily use, dismantle fire-fighting marks, fire-fighting equipment and devices under non-emergency circumstances;

3. When find any kinds of production potential danger, timely notify the leader or i inform the

comprehensive management Dept.

4. Wear protective gears according to the regulations when entering into production area

5. Work with license on special operation post(forklift, electrician certificate, driving license, elevator

management, fire-fighting management and other field that is required to have working license according to the laws and regulations); it is forbidden to arbitrarily operate without license;

6. It is forbidden for the superiors to command against the rules or threaten or force the laborers to work

under danger;

7. It is forbidden to carry out operations with naked fire without permission;

8. It is forbidden to ascend to a height of 2m or lay temporary electricity cables without approval; 9. It is forbidden to smoke in non-smoking areas(include office and the production area) 10. It is not allowed to go into “No Entry” places without permission;

11. It is not allowed to take bags and suitcases into production area without the permission of the company;

第十一条 员工工作牌管理

1. 为确保公司和员工的安全,在工作时间内及进入二道门车间内,员工必须自始自终佩戴工作牌;

来访人员佩戴来访工作牌,除集团公司董事长及相关重要部门领导外。 2. 员工应按公司规定规范佩戴工作牌,照片应向外显示;

3. 员工应将名牌妥善保管,遗失后应及时补办,工作牌补办费用为人民币10元,费用自理; 4. 工作牌不得转借、复制或假冒; 5. 员工离职应将工作牌退还给公司。

Article eleven

Management of employee’s card 1.

To ensure the safety of company and employees, the employees must wear working card all along during working time and when entering in the scope of factory (The second gate). While the visitors, except those from the Group Company and the leaders of the important departments, should wear visiting card. 2. 3. 4. 5.

The employees shall wear working card as per the company regulations , and the picture shall display outward;

The employees shall properly keep the working card, and if the working card is lost, they should apply for a new one, and the employees themselves should pay 10 Yuan for that. The working card can’t be lent to others, copied or falsified;

The employees must return the working card when they quit their job or are dismissed.

第十二条

健康管理

1. 为保证员工身体健康,公司每年组织员工进行健康检查; 2. 职业病防治:

对从事潜在职业危害岗位的员工,公司每年组织职业病防治健康检查。

对从事潜在职业危害岗位的员工,办理离职手续前应接受职业健康检查。因员工个人原因放弃职业健康检查的,应向综合管理部提交书面申请。

Article twelve

Health management

1. The company will organize employees to have health examinations every year to ensure the health of

employees;

2. Prevention of occupational disease

3. The company will organize health examination about occupational disease prevention every year for the

employees who engage in positions which have potential occupational hazard;

4. The employees who engage in positions which have potential occupational hazard shall accept

occupational health examination before transacting check-out procedure. The employees who give up health examination as personal reason shall submit written application to comprehensive management department.

第十三条 因病停止工作

员工如有以下情况,应停止工作进行治疗:

1.

经医疗机构认定为应停止工作进行治疗的员工。

Article thirteen

Stop working because of illness

The employees shall stop working to get treatment if have the following conditions:

1. Those that have suffer from diseases and are warned by the hospitals that they should stop work to get

treatment.

第十四条 传染病申报

公司员工或亲属患有传染病,员工有义务立即通过所属领导向公司报告,公司采取相应措施。

Article fourteen

Communicable disease reporting

If the company employees or relatives suffer from infectious disease, the employees have obligations to

immediately report to the company through subordinated leader and then the company will adopt corresponding measures.

第十五条 信息安全管理

1. 应自觉接受信息安全相关教育,并遵守信息安全相关管理规定; 2. 未经公司综合管理部书面允许许可不得进入未经授权的区域; 3. 未经公司综合管理部书面许可不得在公司内拍照、摄像或录音;

4. 未经综合管理部书面准许,会客登记不得擅自将访客或供应商带入公司,对访客或供应商需进行

全程陪同并在指定区域接待;陪同人员应阻止访客或供应商未经公司许可在公司内拍照、摄像或录音。

Article fifteen

Information security management

1. Consciously accept relevant education about information security and abide by relevant

management regulations about information security;

2. It is not allowed to enter into unauthorized areas without written permission of the comprehensive

management Dept;

3. It is not allowed to take photos and/or a video or audio recording without written permission of

the CMD.

4. It is not allowed to bring the visitors or suppliers into the company without written permission

from the CMD; shall accompany the visitors or suppliers all the way and host them in designated area; The escort should inform the visitors or suppliers that they are not allowed to take photos and/or a video or audio recording without the written permission of the CMD.
