第二十一条 出差

1. 由于工作的需要,公司可委派员工出差工作。在执行出差任务时,按正常出勤对待。出差期间如

遇休息日及法定节假日仍需工作的,可按加班对待;

2. 员工出差,出发日或返回日为公司休息日时,酌情予以补休; 3. 出差补贴、差旅费用按公司员工出差填写出差申请单并按规定执行。

Article twenty-one Business trip 1. The company can delegate the employee to go on business trip upon on job demand. When

implementing tasks of business trip, the attendance of employee is treated as normal attendance. If the employee still needs to work when meeting rest day and national holiday during business trip, this can be regarded as overtime work;

2. When the departure date or returning date of the employees who go on business trip is the rest day

of the company, the company will give compensatory time for them according to circumstances; 3. Business trip allowance and travelling expenses are implemented according to regulations about

employees’ business trip after filling out the application for go on business.

第二十二条 病假

1. 员工患病或非因工负伤不能出勤时,根据医院的证明,作病假处理; 员工在工作时间外出看病

或在园区医务室就诊时间在两小时以上四小时以内视作半天病假,超过四小时视作一天病假; 2. 员工患病或非因工负伤需停止工作治疗时,凭医院证明经综合管理部确认后,根据本人实际参加

工作年限和在本单位工作年限,给予以下医疗期限: 3. 医疗期内员工病假工资、疾病救济费按国家相关规定执行。

Article twenty-two Sick leave 1. When the employees can’t be on duty as suffer from illness or an injury which is not related to his or

her job, it will be disposed as sick leave according to hospital certificate; for the employees who go out to see the doctor for 2h to 4h, it is regarded as half-day sick leave; if exceed 4h, it is regarded as one-day sick leave;

2. The employee will have the following medical treatment term by the hospital certificate which is

confirmed by comprehensive management department according to the actual working time of the employee and years of working in this company when the employee needs to stop working for cure as suffer from illness or an injury which is not related to his or her job:

3. Sick pay and disease relief fund for the employees during medical treatment period are

implemented according to relevant regulations of the State.

第二十三条 事假

员工因个人原因不能上班或工作时间因私事外出、私人会面等,应事先申明原因,履行审批程序,填写请假单,经所属领导批准后按事假处理。

Article twenty-three Casual leave The employee shall state the reason in advance if he/she is unable to go on duty for some personal causes, or goes out for private affairs or private meeting during working hour; he/she should transact the application procedure, and fill out the leave application and handle as casual leave after the approval of subordinating leader.

第二十四条 公假

由于以下原因,员工不能上班时,经所属领导审核,报综合管理部确认后按公假处理:

1. 由于所在区域发生天灾、传染病(本人患病除外)致使交通中断或必须隔离时; 2. 由于天灾、火灾及其他未预料到的自然灾害发生,使本人的居所受到破坏时; 3. 依法行使选举权或被选举权;

4. 出席政府、党派、共青团、妇女联合会、工会等组织召开的会议; 5. 国家、地方政府或公司规定可以视作为公假的其它情况。

Article twenty-four

Leave of absence to attend public affairs If the employees are unable to go for work for the following reasons, our company will regard their leave as absence to attending public affairs after the approval by the subordinating leader and confirmation by the CMD:

1. When the located area have natural disaster and infectious disease(except for personal illness) cause

interruption of traffic or must be quarantined;

2. When the occurrence of natural disaster, fire or other unanticipated natural calamities destroys the

residence of the employee;

3. Lawfully exercise suffrage or the right to be elected;

4. Attend the meetings organized and held by the government, political parties, the communist youth

league, the women's federation, labor union, etc;

5. Other conditions that can be regarded as leave of absence to attend public affairs which is stipulated

by the State, local government or company.
