1. 已婚女员工在生育时,正常分娩给予产假14周(含产前休假),难产时增加假期15天,生育多

胞胎的,每多生育一胎增加假期15天;

2. 已婚女员工在计划指标内怀孕流产的,根据国家法律法规,凭医院诊断证明,妊娠四个月内给予

产假2周;四个月以上给予产假6周;

3. 符合晚育标准的男员工,其配偶在计划生育指标内生育时,可享受晚育护理假7天; 4. 哺乳假按照中华人民共和国《女职工劳动保护规定》执行。

Article twenty-five

Maternity leave, nursing leave for late childbirth, breast-feeding leave

1. When the married female employee gives birth to child, give them maternity leave of 14 weeks for

eutocia (contain antenatal vacation); if it is dystocia, increase 15-day vacation; for bear multiple births, bear one more child, increase 15-day vacation;

4. The breast-feeding leave is implemented according to Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Staff of

the PRC.

第二十六条 计划生育手术假、配偶计划生育照顾假、独子假

1. 员工接受绝育手术,给予绝育手术假,男员工7天,女员工30天;配偶接受绝育手术者,凭医

疗机构证明,经公司同意,给予绝育照顾假7天;

凡7周岁以下独生子女免疫接种、生病或住院时,在提供相关证明及按规定流程办理请假手续后,女员工及单亲家庭男员工最多可享受每月1天的独子假,该假不得合并使用,如发现弄虚作假,作旷工处理。

Article twenty-six

Leave for family planning operation, caring leave of family planning for spouse, only-child leave 1. The company give the sterilization operation leave to the employee who accept sterilization operation; 7

days for male, 30 days for female; the person whose spouse accepts sterilization operation, the company gives 7-day sterilization operation caring leave to the employee whose spouse accept sterilization operation by the demonstration of medical organ after the company agrees.

2. When the only child who is less than 7 years old accept vaccinating, suffers from illness or is hospitalized,

female employee and male employee of single parent family can enjoy one day only-child leave every month at most after provide relevant demonstration and transact leave procedure according to stipulated process. This leave can’t be used by merging together. If find falsification, dispose as absence from work.

第二十七条 女员工孕期检查、加餐、哺乳时间

1. 女员工在计划指标内怀孕期间,按规定在定点医疗机构进行的定期孕期检查时间,视作正常出勤

2. 女员工在计划指标内怀孕期间,每天上下午各有15分钟加餐时间;

3. 哺乳不满1周岁婴儿的女员工,每天安排1小时的哺乳时间;多胞胎生育者,每多哺乳一个婴儿,

每日多增加1小时哺乳时间,哺乳时间视为正常出勤时间;

Article twenty-seven

Time of pregnancy inspection, extra meal and breast-feeding for female employee

1. During the female employee is pregnant in the plan target, the regular pregnancy inspection time in fixed

medical institutions according to regulations can be regarded as normal attendance time;

2. During the female employee is pregnant in the plan target, she has 15min extra meal time respectively in

the morning and afternoon every day;

3. The female employee who breast-feeds for the baby that is less than 1 year old can have 1h

breast-feeding time everyday; the person who has multiple births breast-feeds one more baby, she can have one more hour to breast-feed every day. The breast-feeding time can be regarded as normal attendance time;

员工因工负伤休假按国家有关规定执行。

Article twenty-eight

Leave for industrial injury The leave for employee who has industrial injury is implemented according to relevant regulations of the State.

第二十九条 婚假、丧假

1. 员工本人符合国家和各省市的婚姻规定登记结婚,持结婚证书,给予婚假3天。晚婚员工(男满

25周岁,女满23周岁)另增给晚婚假12天;

2. 员工亲属(限于其父母、子女、配偶、岳父母、公婆)死亡时,给予3天丧假,在外地料理的根

据路程远近给予路程假,途中车船费由职工自理。

Article twenty-nine

Marriage leave, funeral leave 1. The employee who is married at a registry according to the marriage regulations of the State and each

province and city can have 3-day marriage leave with marriage certificate. Add 12-day marriage leave for the employees who marry at a mature age (male is aged 25 years old, and female is aged 23 years old). 2. When the relatives of employee die(limited to his parents, children, spouse, parents-in-law), the

employee can have 3-day funeral leave; the company gives journey leave for the funeral is disposed in other places according to the distance of journey and the transportation cost on the way is undertaken by the employee.

1. 根据《职工带薪年休假条例》规定,员工连续工作1年以上的,享受相应天数的带薪年休假:累

Article thirty

Paid annual leave 1. According to the provisions of Regulations on Paid Annual Leave for Employees, the employees who

continuously work for more than one year can enjoy paid annual leave with corresponding days; the annual leave shall be five days for employees who have accumulatively worked for 1-10 year(s); 10 days for the employees who have accumulatively worked for 10-20 years; 15 days for the employees who have accumulatively worked for 20 years or more. The annual leave doesn’t contain national legal days and off days. 第三十一条 请假程序

1. 员工请假时,应于事前亲自填写《请假申请单》,并提供相关证明文件,办妥请假手续并安排好自

己工作后,方可离开工作岗位,但如遇急诊病况或紧急事故,则按以下程序执行:

因突发事件而无法事前办理书面请假审批手续的,需在事前与上级领导进行联系,取得同意后方能请假,事后立即进行书面请假审批手续的补办。

因突发病症送医院诊疗无法到公司工作,也无法提前办理病假手续的,需本人或家属及时与上级领导联系,其后3天内,本人或家属凭医院的病历、诊断证明书补办病假请假手续;因突发病症但未到医院治疗,且无法提前办理病假手续的,需本人及时与上级领导联系,并在下一工作日凭上级领导的书面说明补办病假请假手续。

Article thirty

Procedure about asking for leave 1. The employees shall personally fill in Application on Asking for Leave in advance when ask for leave and

provide relevant documentary evidence; after transact leaving procedure and arrange own job, then can leave his work post. If meet state of an illness needs emergency treatment or emergent accident, implement according to the following procedure:

The employees need to ask his subordinating leader for leave if he is unable to transact the written approval procedure in some special occasions, and he/she should make up the above procedure for asking leave after the event.

For the employee that is unable to transact the written approval procedure due to sudden illness or emergency injury and is sent to the hospital for treatment, he/she or his/her family members should inform the subordinating leader in time, and make up the sick-leave procedure within 3 days afterwards and present the medical record or the diagnosis certificate; but for the those that are unable to transact the written approval procedure due to sudden illness or emergency injury but are not sent to the hospital, the employee himself should contact the subordinating leader in time, and make up the sick-leave procedure on the following working day by presenting the written statement of the subordinating leader.
