13.Specimen of Purchase Contract 购货合同实例

(1) Terms of Payment: After conclusion of business, the Buyer shall open with the Bank of China, Beijing, an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favour of the Saller payable at the issuing bank against presentation of the shipping

documents as stipulated under the General Terms And Conditions of this Contract after departure of the carrying vessel.the said Letter of Credit shall remain in force till the 15th day after shipment.

(2)Other matters relating to this contract shall be dealt with in accordance
