吊开整流罩的上半部分，将其移动并放置在靠近电机侧的进气箱的适当位置

IMPORTANT ! The rotor blades are sensitive to impact. Raise and lower the housing components with great care. 重要！

IMPORTANT ! Housing components can suffer damage when placed on the ground. Lay timber beneath the flange piece. 重要！
壳体部件当放置到地面上时会导致损坏。在法兰下放置木料。
For 2-stage only: 只针对双级
? Remove screws from horizontal surfaces of the hub in the inlet manifold. 在入口集流处拆掉整流罩中分面上的螺栓。
? Lift the upper part of the hub with chain hoist. 用链条起吊整流罩的上半部分。
5.3.2. Disconnection 拆卸
? Support the intermediate coupling shaft and disconnect the fan-side coupling-half from its flange. See \
支撑传扭中间轴，从法兰处拆下风机侧半联轴器。参考“附件”。
? Remove the screws connecting the bearing housing and the fan housing. 拆掉轴承座和机壳的联接螺栓。
? Disconnect the main bearing from all lines:
- lubricating oil, input and output - pressure compensation - pressure measurement lines - monitoring devices. 拆开主轴承箱所有连接： －润滑油，输入和输出 －压力补偿 －测压管 －监控装置
? Disconnect the adjustment connection on the servomotor control head.
拆开伺服马达控制头上的调节机构。
? Disconnect the control head from all lines.
断开控制头所有连接管线。
IMPORTANT ! Incorrectly fitted connections endanger the function of the fan.
Mark the connections so that they will not get mixed up when being reassembled. 重要！ ______________________________________________________________________________

错误的组装连接会使风机的功能受损。在连接位作标识以便重组装时不出错。
5.3.3. Removing rotor blades 拆卸动叶片 See “rotor blades” 参见“动叶片”
IMPORTANT ! The rotor blades are sensitive to impact.
The rotor should be transported and fitted without its blades. 重要！
动叶片对撞击敏感。
转子运输和组装时应不带动叶片。 5.3.4. Rotor removal 转子的拆卸
? Fit the suspension eye (supplied) to the upper blade shaft instead of a rotor blade. 在叶片轴上部安装吊环（替补）来代替动叶片。
? Attach lifting gear. 拴在起吊装置上。
? Withdraw the rotor with main bearing and servomotor and place on a suitable base (rotor trestle).
吊出带主轴承和伺服马达的转子，并放置在适当的转子放置架上。
DANGER ! Suspend the rotor in the manner specified. On no account may the eye-bolts attached to the bearing housing be used. These may be used only to suspend the bearing itself.
危险！ 按指定的方式起吊转子。吊环只能起吊轴承座本身（严禁用于起吊整个转子）。
5.3.5. Fitting the rotor 组装转子 The rotor is fitted as described in \ 转子的组装在“转子拆卸”中讲述，但是顺序相反。
5.3.6. Fitting rotor blades动叶片组装 See “rotor blades” 参见“动叶片”
5.3.7. Securing the Connections 紧固连接
? Connect the coupling on the fan side to its flange. See \ 联接风机侧联轴器的法兰。参考“附件”。移去中间传扭轴支撑。
? Fit screws connecting the bearing housing and fan housing.

组装轴承座和机壳之间的螺栓。参考“组装数据”。
IMPORTANT !
Screws with inadequate pre-stress may loosen, leading to serious damage. Install the screws as specified. 重要！
使用不恰当预紧力的螺栓会松动，导致严重的损坏。按照指定的方式组装螺栓。 ? Connect all lines to the main bearing.
连接主轴承座的所有管线。 ? Connect the adjustment connection to the servomotor control head.
连接执行机构到伺服马达控制头的调节机构。 ? Connect all lines to the control head.
连接控制头的所有管线。
IMPORTANT !
Faulty connections cause oil leaks. Check that all fastenings are secure and that there is no oil leakage with the oil unit running. 重要！
错误的连接会引发漏油。确保所有紧固件都可靠，油站工作时没有漏油。
DANGER ! If the fan is open, adjusting the rotor blades can lead to serious injury. Therefore 危险！
如果风机打开时调节动叶片会导致严重的损害。因此
? Switch off the actuator. 关闭执行机构。
? Secure it against being inadvertently switched on again . 确保它不被误启动。
? Make sure before adjusting the rotor blades that there is nobody in the danger area.
在调节动叶片之前确保危险区域内无人。 5.3.8. Fitting the housing components 壳体部件的组装
The housing components are fitted as described in \reverse order.
壳体部件的组装在“壳体部件的拆卸”中讲述，但是顺序相反。
? gap measurement according to the sectional drawing and the values given on the “Installation data” sheet:

-external gap (gap between rotor blades and outer housing of the rotor blade
which produces the smallest gap when the impeller is turned)

- hub gap (gap between rotor blades and impeller hub).

IMPORTANT ! If an impeller blade touches the housing it can cause serious damage. A too small gap between rotor blades and impeller hub can lead to problems of adjustment. After replacing the rotor or blades please measure necessarily all gaps as described above and compare them with the values on the “Installation data” sheet.
重要！
如果一片叶轮叶片与机壳擦挂会引起严重损坏。而动叶片和叶轮轮毂之间间隙过小会导致调节
系统的故障。更换转子或动叶片后务必测量上面提到的所有间隙，并符合“安装数据”要求。
5.4. Impeller叶轮
Condition: Rotor blades, servomotor and adjusting discs are dismounted. 条件：动叶片，伺服马达和调节盘已拆卸。 5.4.1. Removal of rotor 转子拆卸
? Fit the suspension eye (supplied) to the flange of the upper blade shaft. 在叶片轴的上法兰上安装吊环（已提供）。
? Attach lifting gear to the suspension eye.
在吊环上挂起吊装置。 ? Undo screws connecting hub disc to impeller hub and press impeller off.
拆下毂盘和叶轮轮毂之间的联接螺栓并卸下叶轮。 ? Lower impeller on installation device.
将叶轮放置到安装架上。 ? Remove cover from impeller hub.
揭开叶轮轮毂的侧盖板。
5.4.2. Blade-bearing removal 叶片轴承的拆卸
The blade bearing to be removed is initially at the bottom of the rotating installation device. 从可旋转安装架的底部开始拆卸叶片轴承。
? Remove the adjusting lever. 拆卸曲柄。
? Secure the blade shaft
- against falling out - against twisting. 防止叶片轴 －跌落 －被旋转
