? Undo and remove nut. 松开并拆下螺母。
? Warm and remove adjustment spring. 加热并拆卸调整弹簧（如有）。
? Remove compensating weight. 拆卸平衡锤（如有）。
? Remove locking ring, disc spring and bush. 拆卸挡圈、碟簧和衬套。
The blade bearing is rotated upwards. 叶片轴承旋转向上。
? Fit blade shaft, release lock and press outwards. This strips off the pressure ring
with deep-groove ball-bearing race.
联接叶片轴，拆下挡圈并向外压。拆下带深沟球轴承的压环 。
? Remove axial deep-groove ball-bearing race, bearing bushes and seals. 拆卸轴向推力深沟球轴承、轴承套和密封件。
IMPORTANT ! Once removed these components may rust.
The bearing bore, components and dirty but re-usable bearings should be: 重要！
这些元件一旦拆卸容易生锈。
轴承位孔、零部件和变脏但可以继续使用的轴承应该：
? Washed 清洗
? immediately oiled. 立即涂油
All bearings are normally replaced after an inspection. 叶片轴承在检修后不符合要求应全部更换。
5.4.3. Disassembly of the adjusting lever 曲柄的拆卸 ? Remove snap ring from the trunnion, remove sliding block with spherical bearing.
从轴颈上拆下开口挡圈，拆下带关节轴承的滑块。
? Remove snap ring from hole in sliding block and push out spherical bearing. 拆下滑块孔内的开口挡圈，并取出关节轴承。
5.4.4. Assembly of adjusting lever 曲柄的组装
The adjusting lever is assembled as described in \the adjusting lever\order.
曲柄的组装如“曲柄的拆除”讲述，但是顺序相反。

IMPORTANT ! Particles found in lubricants can lead maintenance-free bearings to seize up. Do not lubricate the spherical bearing.

5.4.5. Assembly of blade bearing 叶片轴承的组装
IMPORTANT ! Numbered components belong together. 重要！
对属于一个整体的配套元件进行编号
? Note numbering and 作号码标记
? fit parts in numerical order, in accordance with the marking on the supporting body (if present).
根据标记（在支撑体上标注的）顺序组装零件。
IMPORTANT ! Antifriction bearings can easily get dirty and rusty. Do not remove them from their original packaging 重要！
滚动轴承容易变脏和生锈。不要从它们的原始包装中将其取出。
? until they have been brought to the machine 直到它们被运至机器旁
? and you are ready to install them.
并准备安装它们。
IMPORTANT ! 重要 Incorrect bearing tolerances 轴承配合公差不合理

Measure 测量
? the diameter of the shaft and housing 轴和轴承座孔的直径 ? and compare them with the values given in the installation sheet. 并与组装图上给定的值进行比较。
The blade bearing to be fitted is initially located on the side of the rotating installation device. Apply adhesive to external bearing bush and press in. Press in and secure internal bearing bush.
先组装的叶片轴承应放置在旋转安装架的一侧。在外轴承套上涂胶合剂向里推压，并确保推进到位并紧靠内部轴承套。
IMPORTANT ! Particles found in lubricants can lead maintenance-free bearings to seize up. Do not lubricate the bearing bushes.

重要！ 润滑剂中的粒质会导致免维修轴承卡滞。不要给轴承衬套加润滑油。
The blade bearing is rotated downwards. Mounting the bearing bush:
- press into the external ring of the axial deep-groove ball-bearing race - fit it with O-rings - place it in the carrier hole. 叶片轴承旋转向下。组装轴承衬套：
－压入轴向推力深沟球轴承的外环 －带上O－型圈 －装入座孔内。
IMPORTANT ! A wrong bearing may lead to damage. Check and compare 重要！
错误的轴承会导致损坏。检查并比较
? the symbol on the bearing 轴承上的标记
? the data on the installation sheet 组装单上的数据。
The blade bearing is rotated upwards. Introduce the blade shaft from outside. Mounting the compensation weight:
- place it around the blade shaft - align it as marked - tighten screws.
叶片轴承旋转向上。从外部插入叶片轴，组装平衡锤（如有）：
－将其套在叶片轴上 －按标记对准 －拧紧螺栓。
IMPORTANT ! Screws with inadequate pre-stress may loosen, leading to serious damage. Install the screws as specified. 重要！
使用不恰当预紧力的螺栓会松动，导致严重的损坏。按照指定的方式组装螺栓。
Secure the blade shaft - against falling out - against twisting.
确保叶片轴
－不跌落 －被转动。
The blade bearing is rotated downwards. Place ball bearings in the bearing space and fill up with lubricating oil.
将叶片轴承旋转向下。将球轴承安装到位并填充润滑油。
IMPORTANT ! Incorrect balls may lead to damage. Use in an axial grooved ball bearing only balls from one lot; as only these have the same sorting accuracy.

错误的球会导致损坏。在轴向推力沟球轴承中只能使用同一批次的球，保证它们有同样的等级
精度，配合良好。
? Heat the inner ring of the axial deep-groove ball-bearing race and push it onto the pressure ring.
加热轴向推力深沟球轴承的内圈，并装进压环。
? Fit the pressure ring with an O-ring. 给压环安装O型圈。
? Open the lubrication hole on the side of the carrier. 在承载侧打开润滑孔。 ? Push the pressure ring with
- O-ring
- bearing ring onto the blade shaft; excess oil escapes via the lubrication hole. 把压环连同
－O型圈 －轴承套。
装在一起后压装到叶片轴上；过量的油通过润滑孔流出。
? Close lubrication hole. 堵上润滑孔。
? Fit (radial) deep-groove ball-bearing race. 组装（径向）深沟球轴承。
? Fill with lubricating oil. 注满润滑油。
? Fit bush
- without screw plugs
- with O-rings. 组装轴套
－先不上螺塞 －含O型圈。
? Top up oil if necessary and close holes with screw plugs. 如有必要加满油并用螺塞堵孔。
? Fit and secure disc spring. 安装并固定蝶形弹簧。 ? Nut
- screw on
- tighten with strokes on a spanner - secure with threaded pin. 螺母
－旋上
－用扳手拧紧
－用紧定螺钉固定。
? Fix adjustment spring in blade shaft with adhesive.
