摘 要

本次毕业设计的任务是针对生产实际中的一个零件——东方红—75推土机铲臂右支架,制定其机械生产加工工艺规程。该毕业设计论文主要由八章构成,分别是绪论、零件图的工艺分析、机械加工工序的安排、确定毛坯余量及毛坯尺寸、确定切削用量和基本时间、专用机床夹具的设计、设计总结、谢辞以及参考文献。

该零件的工艺过程总共包括了十四道工序,可分类为铣平面、镗内孔、钻孔、扩孔、攻螺纹、倒角、铣开、去毛刺等工序。由于所加工的推土机铲臂右支架是带孔的零件,Φ55mm孔不但是精度要求最高的孔,而且也是该零件的设计基准、装配基准与测量基准,所以加工此孔时需要经过粗镗、半精镗、精镗三道工序加工而成,而其他表面的加工都为粗加工,经一道工序即可完成。

在设计专用夹具时,是以设计用于加工推土机铲臂右支架二个Φ43.5mm孔的专用的钻床夹具为例展开的。在设计完成的基础上并对该夹具进行了定位误差分析、夹紧力的计算以及精度校核,以确保该专用钻床夹具满足零件加工要求。

本论文从机械加工工艺分析对零件进行制造和研究,用二维CAD制图软件完成右支架的零件图和毛坯图、夹具的总装配图。

Abstract The graduation design task is one of the parts in actual production dongfanghong - 75 bulldozers shovel - to establish the right bracket arm mechanical processing procedure. The graduation design thesis consists eight chapters and introducts respectively the technology of part drawing, machinery processing process arrangement, making sure blank surplus and blank dimensions, making sure cutting dosages and basic time, special machine tool fixture’s design, design’s summary, the thank-you speech actually and reference.

The components of the process altogether include 14 procedures which could be classified as milling plane, boring in the hole and drilling, reaming, tapping screw, chamfering, milling process such as open, deburring. Because the bulldozer right shovel arm has holes. ?55mm hole is not only the highest accuracy but also the parts hole design datum, the assembly datum and the measurement datum, so processing of this holes need through three procedure including thick boring, half fine boring, fine boring to process. Other surface processing is all rough machining which need one procedure to finish.

The designing of special jig is special drill press fixture which is used for machining bulldozers shovel arm right bracket two?43.5 mm hole dedicated drilling. On the basis of completing the design the positioning error analysis is carried on, clamping force is calculated and the fixture accuracy is checked to ensure that this special drill press fixture meet parts processing requirements.

In the paper the machining process of spare parts manufacturing is analyzesd. The right bracket parts drawing, blank figure, and the fixture detail drawings are completed by using two-dimensional CAD drawing software.
