1.工程概况

1.1地理位置、建设规模、内容及效益

中山市东河水利枢纽工程位于中山市岐江河东河口,下连横门水道,是中顺大围(广东省十大联围之一)最大、最重要的水利工程,属大(二)型工程,也是中山市建国以来最大的单项水利工程。保护范围709平方公里(包括中山市城区),捍卫耕地51万亩、人口70余万及超过1000亿元固定资产。

枢纽工程包括水闸、船闸和泵站各一座以及生产、生活管理区,其中水闸总净宽150米,分10孔(旧水闸总净宽160米32孔),设计最大过闸流量为每秒1020立方米;船闸按内河Ⅳ级航道、通航500吨级设计,闸首净宽16米,船室长120米,设计年通航量1000万吨;泵站设计流量为每秒273立方米,单机容量180010800千瓦,总装机容量10800千瓦,安装叶轮直径3240毫米立式轴流泵6台,采用1万伏直配线供电。

工程建成运行后,主要具有五大效益:一是防洪、防台风暴潮效益,防洪标准由原不足50年一遇提高到100年一遇,防潮标准达100年一遇暴潮水位加10级风浪爬高要求;二是排涝效益,确保围内10年一遇24小时暴雨不成涝;三是环保效益,通过合理调度,促使围内河涌水流动,强化河道自净功能,从而改善环境;四是灌溉效益,新工程注入围内的新鲜水量大幅度增加,有利于农业生产;五是航运效益,船闸按Ⅳ级航道500吨级标准设计,船闸闸首由13米扩宽为16米,改建后航道更为顺直,从根本上改善通航条件。

1.2主要工程量及费用

本工程土建工程量为土方45万立方米,石方4.64万立方米,混凝土5.3万立方米。耗用水泥3万吨,钢材0.93万吨。总工程费用20010.4万元,其中水闸7436万元,船闸3048万元,泵站9526.4万元。
