科研成果申报管理系统的设计与实现
摘 要
科研成果申报管理系统是科研院所、政府机构实现对科研活动实现有效管理的一个平台。伴随着互联网的蓬勃发展，越来越多的机构将科研管理与Internet融合到一起，以方便科研人员的沟通以及评价管理。科研成果申报系统将人员、项目、成果、权限等管理有机结合，有效提高了科研管理的水平和效果。
本文在分析了系统功能需求的基础上，设计并实现了一个科研成果申报管理系统。该系统主要有两大主功能模块：科研成果申报模块、科研成果审批模块。系统的用户分别为申报员和审核员。各自用户使用不同的系统功能，并且拥有不同的权限，管理功能。
该系统采用B/S结构，JSP+MVC+MySQL为开发形式，来完成系统所有的功能和模块。实验结果表明，该系统的可行性和有效性基本达到了设计要求。

The Design and Implementation of Scientific Research To
Declare Management System
ABSTRACT
Scientific research management system for filing scientific research institutes, government agencies, and realize the scientific research activities to achieve effective management of a platform. With the rapid development of Internet, more and more institutions will be together the scientific research management and the Internet, to facilitate communication and evaluation of science research management. Reporting system that personnel of scientific research achievement, combine project, results, permissions management, improve the level and effect of scientific research management.
Based on the analysis of the system, on the basis of functional requirements, design and implement a scientific research management system. This system mainly has two main function modules: scientific research report module, the module for examination and approval of scientific research achievements. The user of the system are respectively declare trainers and assessors. Each user to use a different system function, and have different permissions, management functions.
The system adopts B/S structure, JSP + MVC + MySQL for the development of form, to complete all system functions and modules. The experimental results show that the system, the feasibility and effectiveness of basic reached the design requirements.
