摘要

本设计是根据毕业设计任务书的要求和相关设计规范的规定,对大瑞铁路K211+000--K213+000段进行路基、轨道设计及施工组织设计。

本设计的主要内容包括路基横断面的设计,土石方量的计算及调配,普通无缝线路的设计和施工组织设计的编写。大理至瑞丽铁路,是我国《中长期铁路网规划》中完善路网布局和西部开发性新线项目之一,也是我国西南进出境通道之一的中缅国际铁路通道的重要组成部分。大瑞铁路是我省贯彻落实国家西部大开发战略,加快中国连接东南亚、南亚国际大通道建设的关键性交通基础设施项目,是实现云南经济社会又好又快发展的一项重点工程,是沿线各族群众期盼已久的一条致富路。

设计中首先读高程绘制横断面,进行土石方计算,第二部分无缝线路设计,进行最不利轮位计算,再对无缝线路稳定性强度检算,第三部分进行无缝线路配轨、轨道设计、轨排组装计算,第四部分编写施工组织,铺轨的施工工序及其工艺。

设计成果包括路基横断面图、施工场地平面布置图等一系列设计图纸,以及设计说明书和各个设计过程的相关数据。

设计所有内容都是依据我国现行的相关规范编写,符合《铁路轨道施工验收规范》要求,符合国家标准。本设计全部设计图纸采用计算机辅助设计绘制,计算机排版,打印出图。

I Abstract

This design is based on the design plan descriptions of the graduation requirement and relevant design norms, Dali--Ruili railway K211 + 000-K213 + 000 sections roadbed, course design and the construction organization design.

This design include the design of the subgrade cross, the calculation of the quantity of conditions and regulations, and ordinary seamless route design and the writing of the construction organization design. Dali--Ruili railway, is our country long-term rail network planning of network layout and western developmental perfect new project, and also one of southwest China inbound and outbound passage of one of Burma international railway an important part of the channel. Big red is to implement the national railway in the strategy for western development to accelerate China connection southeast Asia, South Asia international thoroughfare construction of key transportation infrastructure project, is the realization of yunnan to the sound and rapid eco-social development of a key project, is all along the anticipation of a riches gradually.

Design first read elevation drawing cross conditions for calculation, the second part of seamless route design, the most unfavorable round a calculation, and then a seamless track by calculating the stability strength, and the third part of seamless track rails, orbit with design, GuiPai assembly calculation, the fourth part of writing the construction organization, the railway construction process and its process.

The design results including the roadbed cross-sectional diagram, construction site layout and so on a series of design drawings, and the design specification and each of the design process related data.

All of the content is designed according to China's current related standard, writing, and in compliance with the railway track construction inspection standard requirement, conform to the state standards. This design all design drawings adopt cad drawing, computer typesetting, a printed map.
