指导：(1) 如果使用生产清真产品的设施曾生产含猪肉或其衍生物的产品，是可以用于生产清真认证的产品，但根据伊斯兰教沙利亚立法依据（用洁净的水清洗7次，并至少有一次用土或其他能消除味道，气味，颜色的材料来洗涤）后才能用于生产；(2)生产设施按照上述方法清洗后，必须保证不再用于生产含有猪或其衍生品的产品。

Direction; (i) Company that receive toll manufacturer service and use same production facility that used to produce halal certified product, must have procedures to assure that all materials received from the toll manufacturer do not come from pig or its derivatives; (ii) Company using a toll manufacturer service must require the toll manufacturer service not to alternately use their facilities to produce halal products and products containing pig or its derivatives, also free from impure/najis.

7. Written procedre of Critical Activity. 关键活动的书面程序
Direction; (i) Written procedures for critical activities are a series of standardized activities to control critical activities; (ii) Written procedures for critical activities can be made separatedly from or integrally with other procedures for other systems; (iii)procedur in HAS Manual can be written summary of procedure and written by refer to such procedure title and document number of procedure; (iv) Written procedures must be disseminated to all parties involved in critical activities and proof of implementation must be documented
指导：（1）关键活动的书面程序是一系列标准化的活动来控制关键活动;(2)关键活动的书面程序，可以部分来自或整体来自其他系统；(3)在HAS手册中关键活动的书面程序书写要求包括目录及如程序的标题和文件编号等;(4) 书面程序必须发放到所涉及的关键生产活动部门，并且的每个关键生产活动都必须要有记录。
a. To write down procedure of new material selection ! 新材料的选择程序:
Direction: (i) Procedure must ensure that every material (except non critical materials) that will be used for certified products is approved by LPPOM MUI; (ii) New material is materials that is not listed in the material list approved by LPPOM MUI and the materials that already listed in material list approved but come from new producer.
方法：(1)必须确保被清真认证的产品(除了非关键材料)的原辅料是被LPPOM MUI批准的；（2）新材料是指在LPPOM MUI批准的材料清单中没有的材料，材料清单中列出已批准但来自新的生产商。

c. To write down Procedure of formulation/development of new product (if any) ! 开发新产品
配方的程序（如果有）
Direction: (i) Procedure must ensure that all materials used in formulation are approved by LPPOM MUI, and the standard formula is provided; (ii) Product formulation is a formulation/reformulation for certified product; (iii) New product development is a formulation of retail product which has the same brand as that of the certified product. All materials used for new product development must have been approved by LPPOM MUI and all new materials must have been through new material selection procedures; (iv) The development of a new product sold in retail (retail product) having the same brand as the certified one must ensure that the new product is certified before being marketed.
指导：（1）程序必须确保配方中所使用的所有材料由LPPOM MUI批准并且提供了标准配方；（2）产品配方是指认证产品的配方和新配方；（3）开发新产品与同一品牌的经过认证的零售产品的配方相同。用于新产品开发的所有材料必须由LPPOM MUI批准，新材料必须通过新的材料选择程序；（4）对于零售产品的新增产品，如果这个品牌已经注册了，那在新增产品销往市场之前也必须被认证。

d. To write down procedure of incoming material checking ! 原料的检查程序
Direction: Procedure must ensure the suitability of informations written in the supporting document to the information that appears on the label. The informations include name of material, name of producer, country of origin, and halal logo (if supporting document of the material requires it), and for shipment halal certification usually including the lot number and production date
指导： 来料的检查：程序必须确保标签和支持文件上的信息是一致的，信息要包括原辅材料名称、生产商、国别和清真标志（如有要求）、批号和生产日期。
e. To write down procedure of Production ! 生产过程
Direction: Procedures must ensure that (i) all materials used in the production process are approved by LPPOM MUI; (ii) formula (if any) that used in the production process is the same as standard formula; (iii) production is done in the production facility that free from impure/najis materials.
