2000yuan’s loss to the company;

19. Purposely cover, occupy fire hydrant or occupy fire-fighting space, block fire-fighting passageway

and safety escape, or destroy and arbitrarily use, dismantle fire-fighting marks, fire-fighting equipment and devices under non-emergency circumstances;

20. Fail to tell the subordinated leader or inform comprehensive management Dept timely when find all

kinds of potential safety hazards, which causes over 2000yuan’s loss to the company;

21. Operate without work license without permission, which causes over 2000yuan’s loss to the

company;

22. Command against the rules or threaten or force the employee to work under danger;

23. Operate with open flame without authorization and cause over 2000yuan’s loss to the company;

24. Ascend to a height of 2m or pull and lay temporary electricity cables without authorization and that

causes over 2000yuan’s loss to the company;

25. Smoke in the nonsmoking areas in the company or factory and that causes over 2000yuan’s loss to

the company;

26. Those that have lent the entrance guard card to the non-employees of our company and get into the

company;

27. Those that have violated the report procedure of the infectious diseases and caused loss to the

company;

28. Those that have violated the relevant regulations of the information security management and

causes more than 2000yuan’s loss to the company;

29. Those that have provided untrue information in recruitment so were recruited against the

company’s real intention;

30. Those that have committed to strike or slowdown in work or abetted other person to strike or work

to slowdown in work;

31. Those that have committed to any other mistakes or improper behaviors that have lead to above

2000yuan’s loss to the company;

32. Those that have gross neglect of duty or have involved in corruption and have caused great damage

to the company;

33. Employees that have labor relations with other employers at the same time, and that cause a

crippling effect on the accomplishment of the tasks of our company, or that he refuses to correct his behavior though the company has required;

34. Employees that have signed the contract with the company against the company’s true intention as

a result of cheating or coercion or threatening of the company, or changed the contact so that the contract is void;

35. Be investigated for criminal responsibilities in accordance with the law

第四十六条 预告解除劳动合同

依据法律规定,公司在发生以下情形时提前30日以书面形式通知员工或者额外支付员工一个月工资后,可以解除劳动合同:

1. 员工患病或者非因工负伤,在规定的医疗期满后不能从事原工作,也不能从事公司另行安排的工作的;

2. 员工不能胜任工作,经过培训或者调整工作岗位,仍不能胜任工作的;

3. 劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化,致使劳动合同无法履行,经公司与员工协商,未能就变更劳动合同达成协议的。

Article forty-six

Advance cancel in labor contract

According to the law, if one of the following conditions occurs, company can cancel the labor contract after giving a written notice to the employees 30 days in advance or paying the employees a month salary:

1. The employee is sick or is subjected to non-job-related injury, and he is unable to the original work after

the medical treatment nor can he engage in other work that the company has arranged in other aspects;

2. The employee is incompetent in his work, and after training or adjusting the post, he still fails to be

qualified in the work;

3. There is great change about the objective conditions on which the labor contract is depended, and it

causes that the labor contract cannot be fulfilled, after negotiation, the employee cannot reach an

agreement on the changed labor contract with the company.

第四十七条 离职手续

员工应及时完成工作交接,凭所属领导签字综合管理部审批的辞职报告到综合管理部办理员工离职交接手续;由综合管理部提供员工离职手续交接单,员工必须在当日内到各部门办结各项手续,最后综合管理部经理签字为交接完毕,交接完毕后综合管理部开出解除合同证明。

Article forty-seven Departure formalities

The employees should hand over the work in time, and handle the formalities for leaving company in the comprehensive management department with the resignation signed by his leader and approved by comprehensive management department; and the comprehensive management department will provide a handover list of the formalities for leaving company for the employees, and the employees must finish handling all the formalities within that day. Finally the CMD manager signs for confirmation of handover completion, after that, the comprehensive management Dept issues a contract-termination certificate.

第四十八条 经济补偿

依据法律规定,对符合条件的员工在办结工作交接及离职交接手续后,公司支付经济补偿。

Article forty-eight

Economic compensation

According to the law, company will pay compensation to the qualified employees after they have handed over the work and handle the formality for leaving the company.

第四十九条 终止或解除劳动合同证明

公司为终止或解除劳动合同的员工开具终止或解除劳动合同证明书。

Article forty-nine Proof for termination of labor contract

The company will issue termination of contract certificate for the employees that have terminated the labor contract with company.

第五十条 保密协议

公司视员工所在岗位、工作内容与其签订保密协议。在协议中约定对公司商业秘密和与知识产权相关的保密事项。该协议将作为劳动合同的附件,具有相同的法律效力。

Article fifty

Confidentiality agreement

The company will sign a confidentiality agreement with some employees according to their position and work contents. In the agreement, there will be regulations on the confidentiality for the business secret and intellectual property right of the company. This agreement is an integral part of the labor contract and is equally valid.
