摘要

本文主要针对目前普通塑料注射模具生产效率较低的现状,以MP3上壳为研究对象,分析并设计MP3上壳叠层式塑料注射模具,模具结构设计可行,操作方便,塑件能达到规定的技术要求,锁模力只增加15%左右,而生产效率却能增加几倍。设计思路如下:设计出制件MP3上壳并且对其工艺特点进行分析,确定浇口位置、分型面、型腔数目和布置方案,进行模架、导向机构、脱模机构、排气系统、温度调节系统、侧向联动开模机构、成型零件的结构设计及尺寸计算,并对注射机和模具的工艺参数进行了校核。设计总结如下:MP3上壳制件材料选用ABS;注射机选用XS-ZY-500型;采用双层叠层式模具,每层模具结构分别按照单分型面结构设计,每层四个型腔;两个型芯分别安装在定模固定板和动模固定板上,型腔分别位于型腔板的上、下面上;主流道采用逐级式,选用U形分流道,分流道设在型腔板两端面上;采用截面形式简单的矩形侧浇口和易于加工修正带Z形头拉料杆的冷料穴;选用导柱导向机构;下层的塑件通过推杆推动推件板从型芯上脱出,上层的塑件通过特制的推杆拉动推件板使其从型芯上脱出,通过侧向联动开模机构实现两次脱模。 关键词 MP3 上壳;叠层式注射模;推件板;型腔板

Abstract

In allusion to the problem that the current production efficiency of plastic injection mold is low, the multi-layer plastic injection mold for the above shell of MP3 is studied and designed. Production efficiency shows that the mould structure’s design is feasible, the mould can be operated easily and plastic parts meet the technical requirement. The production efficiency is several times than before, whereas the mould locking force is just increased by 15%. Design ideas are as follows: the form of the above shell of MP3 was studied enough, and its technological features were analyzed, including determining the gate location, separation surfaces, the number of cavities and the program of layout, and designing the structure and calculating the size of mold frame, guide and stripping mechanism, exhaust system, temperature adjustment system, lateral joint institutions for opening mode. Besides, process parameters of the injection machine and the mold were verified. Design is summarized as follows: ABS is made of the above shell of MP3, the injection machine of XS-ZY-500 type is selected; double-layer mold is designed. There are four cavities in each layer, which is designed in according to the single separation surface; two cores are respectively installed in the fixed mold plate and the mobile mold plate, and the mold cavities are located on both the upper and lower of the cavity plate. The feed sprue is level-type and the U-shaped runner is chosen, which located at both ends of the cavity surface; use rectangular gate of a simple section form and Z-shaped coldslug well which is easy to be machined and amend. Guide pins are adopted to design the guide system. Plastic parts undersurface are pushed off by the plate which is drived by the ejector plate, while the upper plastic parts are pulled up from the core ,twice opening mode is achieved by the lateral linkage.
