液压机的制造与使用长长标志一个国家的的工业水平,它不仅仅是重工业建设的工具,而且也是国防工业中一种重要生产设备。几年来,随着我国制造业的飞速发展,特备是基础装备制造业的蓬勃发展,促进锻造这一传统基础工业进入了一个新的发展历程。锻造液压机是其中重要的成型设备。

根据设计题目及任务的要求,本文中介绍了25MN锻造液压机的设计过程。此液压机采用双立柱,拉杆预应力预紧结构,动梁采用组合式机构,上梁和下梁则是整体铸造。两侧为柱塞缸,中间活塞缸兼起回程作用,保证了液压机能达到公称压力和工作行程。

Manufacture and use of hydraulic machines often marks a country's industrial level, it is not only heavy construction tools, but also an important defense industry in the production equipment. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, especially the rapid

development of equipment manufacturing base and promote the traditional basic industries into forging a new course of development. Forging hydraulic press is an important molding equipment.

According to a design and mission requirements, this article describes the 25MN Forging Hydraulic design process. This hydraulic dual-column, rod pretension prestressed structure, moving beam with modular structure, the upper beam and lower beam is the whole cast. Both sides of the piston cylinder, piston cylinder and the intermediate role in the recovery of the city, to ensure the hydraulic function to the nominal pressure and stroke work.
