年产六万吨氯苯精制工段工艺流程设计

摘要:氯苯作为一种重要的有机合成原料,在生产上应用广泛。由苯液相氯化法制得的氯苯中含有一定量的苯。本设计为一座连续精馏塔,用来分离易挥发的苯和不易挥发的氯苯。本设计主要完成了工艺计算和设备设计两个方面的内容,经物料衡算和热量衡算确定了塔高11.90m、塔径1800mm、板间距500mm、操作弹性3.647的筛板塔一座。在此基础上,对辅助设备如全凝器、再沸器进行了简单计算和核算,并初步选定规格。同时绘制了塔设备图和带控制点的工艺流程图,并设置了控制点合适的自动控制装置。

Design of 6000t/a of Chlorobenzene Refining Section

Abstract:As a significant synthetic organic raw material,chlorobenzene is widely used in the production.The combination of Liquefied-benzene and chlorine produces chlorobenzene,which consists a certain quantity of benzene.This paper was designed for a continuous sieve-plate tower which is suitable for separating volatile benzene and less volatile.Process calculate and equipment design are completed.We have made material balance and energy balance calculate.Furthermore,the tower heights is 11.9m,the tower diameter is 1800mm, bar space is 500mmand elasticity of operation is 3.67.Base on the tower,auxiliary equipments,such as condenser and reboiler,are

selected.Additionally,column equipment drawing,as well as process flow diagram,is attached for this project and automatic control system,with a corresponding control point,is set up as well.
