We hereby confirm that for above mentioned goods we shipped via your company, the Blue Anchor Line B/L in original will be issued to the company we appointed:- (Name and address of the company)
我们还确认货物在目的港可以直接交付提单记载的收货人而无需出示正本提单。
We confirm that the goods can be delivered to the consignee named on the bill of lading without presentation of its original.
如果因执行我方上述要求而引起贵司蒙受任何损失或支付任何费用，包括但不限于所发生的律师费用，我司承担一切损害赔偿等责任。
We shall be liable to indemnify your company for any damages and expenses, including but not limited to lawyers’ fees, that may arise from our aforesaid request.
