摘要

本文报告了润滑油小包装生产线及旋盖机的概况,针对旋盖机其中的一些缺陷作出改良设计。确定了旋盖机的重要设计参数,介绍了旋盖机构件材料的选择,并对其进行了论证。对旋盖机的总体结构设计作了简要的介绍,并着重对旋盖头的结构设计作深入的研究。介绍了旋盖力矩的计算工作原理、工作流程及总体结构设计。控制系统则采用PLC自动控制,并且按照旋盖机工作流程编写了半自动控制程序。

Abstract

Report the lubricant small packaging production line and capping machine, according to some of capping machines make improvement design flaws. Determine the capping machine design parameters, and introduces the mechanism parts capping material selection, and analyses the argument. On the overall structure of machine design makes a brief introduction to spin, and emphasizes the structure design for covering. Introduces the calculation of moment capping working principle and working process and structural design. Control system adopts PLC automatic control and capping machines working process according to write the semi-automatic control procedures.
