摘 要

波状挡边带式输送机最早由前西德SCHOLTZ公司于60年代初研制的,已有近40年的历史,它的技术专利已被英国DOWTR公司、日本BANDO 公司等购买并获准生产,现已形成遍布全球的挡边机系列制造销售网。波状挡边带式输送机具有结构简单,运行可靠,维修方便,并且可以进行大角度甚至垂直运输,是大倾角和垂直提升物料的理想设备。

目前仅SCHOLTZ公司(现更名为TRELLEXFLEXOWELL公司)就为 90多个国家设计制作5万余台挡边机,广泛用于煤炭、粮食、建材、建筑、冶金、电力、化工和轻工等行业。我国从80年代初开始研制挡边机,至今已生产 5000多台,共有80多个生产厂。今年来,挡边机逐渐向大提升高度(最高已达203M)、大输送能力(最高已达6000t/h)方向发展。大倾角皮带输送机的最大特点是采用波状挡边输送带来取代普通输送带。至于它的工作原理和结构组成,则与通用带式机相同。因此,像传动滚筒、拖辊、拉紧装置、中间机、中间架支腿、尾架、卸料漏斗、头部护罩、空段清扫器、保护装置等部件,都可以与通用带式输送机的相应部件通用。

本设计的任务是一台倾角为55,输送量为200t/h的波状挡边带式输送机。 关键词:大倾角 皮带 波状挡边

Abstract
