摘 要

甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)因其优异的性能和广泛的用途,已成为一种极具市场潜力的化工产品。本文主要介绍了甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA) 主要的生产技术和开发进展以及各种工艺的技术经济分析, 并阐述了国内外MMA 的生产能力和需求现状。分析了国内外甲基丙烯酸甲酯市场需求及其发展趋势,介绍了国内甲基丙烯酸甲酯拟建、扩建项目,并就甲基丙烯酸甲醋的产品性质、用途、市场分析、供需情况、消费发展趋势, 以及根据分析结果,给出了一些建议。提出了产业发展中应该注意规避的几个问题。

设计根据既定的工艺路线和工艺条件,采用相关的单元过程及单元操作,设计出优化的工艺流程,并根据工艺条件选择出合适的设备,设计出合理的厂房布局,以满足生产的要求,并做到技术上可行、符合安全条例、经济上合理,确定最优方案,以达到使其工艺产率增加,能耗降低,降低环境污染的目的。

Abstract

Methyl methacrylate (MMA) because of their excellent performance and a wide range of uses, has become a great market potential of chemical products. This pape describes the main methyl methacrylate (MMA) and development of major progress in production technology and technical and economic analysis of various processes and described the MMA production capacity at home and abroad and demand situation. Analysis of domestic and international market demand for methyl methacrylate and trends,presented the proposed country of methyl methacrylate,expansion projects,industrial development is proposed should be paid attention to avoid a few problems. This article also discusses the methyl ester of methacrylic acid nature of the product,use,market analysis,supply and demand,consumer trends and the results of the analysis,gives some suggestions. Industrial development is proposedshould be paid attention to avoid a few problems.
