9.subscribe to 同意,赞成;订阅;捐赠

subscribe v. 定期订购或订阅;定期捐款赞助;同意,赞成 subscribe...to... 在……上签……;向……捐……钱

①The chairman subscribed to the idea that a meeting should be held at once. 主席同意了应该马上举行会议的想法。

②Though he is not rich,he subscribes regularly to the Red Cross. 虽然他不富有,但是他定期向红十字会捐款。

[重 点 句 型]

Have you ever seen a doctor? If__so,what happened? 你曾经看过医生吗?如果看过的话,发生了什么事?

if so是省略结构,意为“如果这样的话”。so代替表示肯定意义的句子;if not“如果不是这样”,not代替表示否定意义的句子。if的省略结构主要有: if any 如果真有的话;即使有(任何)…… if ever 若曾经有的话 if necessary 如有必要 if possible 如有可能 if anything 如果有……的话
