摘 要

本次毕业设计以负极片连续弯曲模为设计对象,本模具的制件的材料为QSn6.5-0.1(锡青铜)。负极片为工程实际零件,常用于仪器行业等。在设计过程中分析了负极片冲裁,弯曲成型工艺,介绍了排样方案,冲压工艺力的计算, 凸凹模刃口尺寸计算,主要零部件的的设计,模具闭合高度的计算,模具的制造工艺。在冲孔、落料、弯曲级进模具的设计过程中,我收集了大量的材料去研究冲模的设计过程,参考了大量的关于冲压模设计及冲压工艺的书籍和技术资料,研究本冲压模设计的每一个要点,对每一个零件的设计都验证了其合理性,刻苦钻研复合模设计的过程,及时发现问题并找了指导老师解决。在设计本模具的过程中我对模架的强度,需加的垫板,弹簧的力与卸料力的比较都进行了相应的计算选择和校核。另外在生产条件下进行了验证,保证了该工艺的可行性,为缩短产品生产周期、节省原材料及大批量生产创造了条件。对此次设计的设计要点,本文进行以下几方面研究:

1.应用绘图软件AutoCAD进行零部件设计,减少试模次数,提高生产效率,节省成本;

2.本次设计的模具采用冲孔落料弯曲级进模,节省人力,节省了工序,从真正意义上实现高效率的生产;

3.本次的设计结果是可行的,可以在具体生产中应用; 4.通过计算,凸模要加上垫板增加其强度

5.考虑了刃口的增减性,在进行冲压时,凸模刃口尺寸减小,凹模刃口尺寸增大。冲裁间隙选用最小合理间隙。

Abstract

The mold design is lateral support multi-position progressive die. Work piece material is QSn6.5-0.1. Negative plate for engineering actual parts, commonly used in the instrument industry, etc..In the design process in the analysis of the negative plate blanking, bending forming process, introduces the layout scheme, stamping force calculation, punch and die cutting edge size calculation, design of the main parts, die shut height calculation, mold manufacturing process.In punching, blanking, bending level in mould design process, I collected a lot of material to study die design process, with reference to the large number of about design of stamping die and stamping process books and technical data, every point of the stamping die design research, design of every parts verify its rationality and assiduously compound die design process, timely detection of problems and find the guidance teachers to solve. The plate in the mold design and the process of my strength of the mold frame, the need to add, the spring force and the unloading force compared to the corresponding calculation and selection of the check. In addition, the production conditions are verified, and the feasibility of the process is ensured, and the conditions for shortening the production cycle, saving raw materials and mass production are also ensured..The design points of the design, the following aspects of the research:

1. I applied the designing software AutoCAD into the progress of designing components; this has decreased the number of times of experimenting model, improved efficiency, minimized cost;

2. The mould design has economized manpower, working procedure, realized high efficiency with high significance;

3. The design result is feasible, can be applied into real production;
