Abstract:Thestructuralreformofthesupplysideisacrucialtop-leveldesignforpromotingsustainableeconomicgrowthinChinarightnow.Itsimplementationwilldoagreatdealtohelptheruraltransformationprocess.Withthegoalofoptimizingruralspatialstructuresandpromotingtheflowofresourcesandinformationbetweenurbanandruralcommunities,thereconstructionofhollowvillagescanrevitalizeidlelandandmaximizeresources.Thisresearchinvestigatedhowthestructuralreformofthesupplysidemightinfluencethereconstructionofhollowvillages.Theresultsindicatedthatthetraditionaleconomicgrowthmodewhichsimplyreliedonthedemandsideledtotheemergenceandaggravationofthehollowvillageproblem.Incontrast,thestructuralreformofthesupplysidewouldpromotethereconstructionofhollowvillagesinthreeways:acceleratingdevelopmentinruralareas,reducingexistinginventoriesinrealestate,andincreasingthesuppliesofinstitutions.Inordertoensurethatkeytechnologieswouldbesuccessfullyappliedintheprocessofhollowvillagereconstruction,inourstudywebuiltaninstitutionalsecuritysystem,whichincludedasettlementinstitutionforruralimmigrants,amanagementinstitutionforruralhomesteading,afiscalandtaxationinstitutionforhollowvillageconsolidation,andasocialwelfareandemploymentinstitution.Basedontheresearchofevolutionhistoryfor\land-house\relationship,thearticlediscussedthesignificancethatthestructuralreformofthesupplysidewouldhaveonnew\land-house\relationshipestablishment.
