第一部分是面板最上方的液晶显示器，有关液晶显示器的详细操作说明见以下第4、5章节。The first part is LCD in the top of the face plate, it can display mutuality information.

（1） 电源指示信号：“电源正常”等，各组直流电源正常则发该信号。Electrical

字牌，用于指示控制器实际所处于的状态。Controller state direction: “AUTO RUN”, “MANUAL RUN”, “QUIT”, “CHANNEL OK” light words brand, it is used to direct controller’s actual state. （3） 故障信号光字牌指示：“故障切手动”、“装置出错”、“过流限制”、“低励限
制”、“伏赫限制”、“PT熔丝断”、“脉冲出错”等信号，用于指示控制器的故障所在。其中除“装置出错”外，其余信号皆具有程序自保持功能，即当故障消失后，这些信号不会自动复归，必须人为复归。“装置出错”是用于指示控制器本身出错的故障信号。Error signal light words brand direction: “ TO MANUAL”, “DEVICE ERR”, “OVER-EXC”, “UNDER-EXC”, “V/F LIMIT”, “PT FAILURE”, “PULSE ERR” signals, they are used to direct controller error’s locality. There into except “DEVICE ERR”, other signals all have program self holding function, namely when error disappears, these signals won’t reset themselves, they must be reseted by manual. “DEVICE ERR” is used to direct the error signal of controller itself. 第三部分是液晶显示器键盘操作按钮：包括“∧”键、“∨”键、“<”键、“>”键、“+”键、“-”键、“取消”键、“确认”键。其中“∧”键、“∨”键用于光标上下移动或屏显前翻后翻；“<”键、“>”键用于光标的左移或右移；“+”键、“-”键用在参数修改时数字量的增加或做试验时各种试验选项的选择等等。The third part is LCD keyboard operation key: includes “∧”key, “∨” key, “<”key, “>”key, “+”key, “-”key, “ESC” key, “ENTER” key. There into “∧”key, “∨”key are used to move cursor up and down or turn over the display forward and back; “<” key, “>” key are used to move cursor left and right; “+”key, “-” key are used to add number data during parameters correction or all kinds of option choice during test.。
第四部分是串行口和测试口。串行口：用于同后台机或笔记本电脑通讯，将控制器的参数、试验波形、故障记录、事件记录等数据上传至后台机或笔记本电脑，属于即插即用型，可带电插拔；测试口：用于PSS试验，一路AD一路DA。The forth part is communication port and test port. Communication port: used to communicate with backstage machine or notebook, send parameters, test wave firm, error record, incident record of controller to backstage or notebook, belongs to plug and play type, can be inserted and drew; test port: used to do PSS test, one of AD and one of DA.
第五部分控制器操作开关及指示灯：“中控”/“就地”开关、“运行”/“退出”开关、“置位投/置位退”开关、“增” 磁和“减” 磁带复位开关及相应的指示灯。The fifth controller operation breaker key and pilot lamp: “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker, “RUN” / “QUIT” breaker, “EXC-S ON” / “EXC-S OFF” breaker, “RAISE” and “LOWER” tape revertment breaker and corresponding pilot lamp. 另外，打开控制器面板门背面有“自动方式”/“手动方式”开关、“PSS投”/“PSS退”开关及相应的指示灯。In addition, there are “auto mode” / “manual mode” breaker, “PSS on” / “PSS off” breaker and corresponding pilot lamp in the back of controller faceboard.

安装控制器插件时，应该在断电的情况下进行，否注意 则会导致控制器插件损坏。When installing controller CAUTION the plug-boards, you should go along on the condition of power-off, otherwise it will lead controller the plug-boards destroyable. 2.1 控制器插件的组成 Compose the Plug-Boards of Controller：
控制器由五块插件组成：Controller is composed by five boards: A号板 A#—主机板 Host Board
B号板 B#—直流信号处理板 DC Signal Board C号板 C#—交流信号处理板 AC Signal Board D号板 D#—电源板 Power Board E号板 E#—继电器板 Relay Board
2.2 插件插座的组成Compose the Plug-Board’s Socket of Controller：
A号板（主机板）有如下插座: A# board(CPU board) has following socket:
JYK——50芯扁平电缆插座接于控制器面板上，用于液晶显示器、操作按钮和开关输入及面板发光二极管指示灯、串行通讯口（接于面板，同后台机或笔记本电脑通讯,将控制器的参数、试验波形、故障记录、事件记录等信息传出）、测试口（一路A/D伪随机码输入插座,用于测试发电机频谱特性时输入伪随机码,为投PSS提供依据；一路D/A送出所需的模拟量）。JYK——50 cores flat cable connects to controller faceboard, it’s used on LCD, operate button and breaker in put and faceboard LBD pilot lamp, communication port(connected to faceboard, communicate with backstage machine or notebook, send out controller parameters, test wave firm, error record, incident record information), test port(one way of A/D pseudo-random code input socket, used to in put pseudo-random code when testing generator frequency chart characteristic, it can provide gist for pitch PSS；one way D/A send out analogue you need).
E号板（继电器板）插座:J02——14芯扁平电缆插座,同面板相连,将各继电器动作状况送至面板光字牌显示。E board(relay board) socket:J02——14 core flat cable socket, and connected to faceboard, send operation status of all relays to faceboard light words brand display.

如下图所示,由左至右依此插入A、B、C、D、E号板,连接扁平电缆及通讯口。As following picture shows, insert A, B, C, D, E boards in turn from left to right, connect flat cable and communication port.
