LCT微机励磁控制器 操作说明书 LCT Digital Excitation Controller User’s Guide 3、控制器的基本操作 Basic Operation of the Controller:

控制器的基本操作是针对控制器的状态而言,并非针对液晶显示器。有关液晶显示器的操作详见第4、5章。Controller’s basic operation is aim at controller’s state, not LCD. The operation about LCD is in chapter 4 and 5.

3.1 控制器的控制 Control the Controller:

根据面板上的布置, 控制器的控制主要由“主控”/“就地”开关控制。According to the collocation of faceboard, the controller is controlled by “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker.

当“主控”/“就地”开关置于“就地”时,面板上的“运行”/“退出”开关、“置位”、“增磁”、“减磁”按钮起作用。当“主控”/“就地”开关置于“主控”时,上述面板开关按钮不起作用,控制器受控于中控输入开关量,通过DI1(运行/退出)、DI3(增磁)、DI4(减磁)、DI7(起励)起作用。When “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker parks “LOCAL”, “RUN”/ “QUIT”breaker, “EXC-S ON”, “RAISE”, “LOWER”button on the faceboard will work. When “REMOTE”/ “LOCAL” breaker parks “REMOTE”, the above faceboard breaker won’t work, controller will be controlled by remote digital input data, work by DIL(run/quit), DI3(raise excitation), DI4(lower excitation), DI7(state excitation).

说明:“起励”、“置位”的含义是一致的,即针对非自并励机组,该开关量或按钮仅仅是“置位”的含义,将发电机电压快速升至要求的电压。自并励机组,该开关量或按钮实际上是起着“起励”+“置位”的作用,即先启动“起励”按钮让发电机建立电压,然后将发电机快速升至要求的电压。“置位”或“起励”在发电机空载状态上,发电机电压低于“置位”时所达到的电压值下才有效。Explaination: The meanings of “state excitation”, “EXC-S ON” is accordant, namely aim at static excitation, the breaker or button only means “EXC-S ON”, rise the generator voltage to need one quickly. static excitation, the breaker or button really works as “state excitation” and “EXC-S ON”,namely start up “state excitation” button first to make generator build voltage, then rise the voltage to need one quickly. When”EXC-S ON” or “state excitation” stays on generator noload state, generator voltage is less than the voltage of “EXC-S ON” building up, it is efficient.

手动运行时按发电机转子电流或调节器输出电流(无刷励磁系统)闭环方式调节。When manual running regulate according to generator rotor current or regulatoroutput current(brushless excitation system) closed loop mode.

3.2 控制器的上电 Power Supplies of the Controller:

控制器在上电前要求各开关量处于退出运行状态,即面板上开关处于“就地”、“退出”位置或者面板上开关处于“中控”位置而输出开关量DI1(运行)处于断开状态。

3.3 控制器的操作 Operate the Controller:

在表一中,“置位”或“起励”有效的条件为发电机处于空载状态(即出口断路器断开),且发电机电压没有达到“置位”所需达到的电压。In the table one, the condition to make “EXC-S ON” or “state excitation” effective is that generator stays on noload state(namely generator breaker disconnection), and generator voltage hasn’t reached the voltage which is needed to “EXC-S ON”.

LCT微机励磁控制器 操作说明书 LCT Digital Excitation Controller User’s Guide 自动运行时当出现故障并切手动后要恢复自动运行,注意 有两种操作模式:一、要将面板打开,将面板背后的“自CAUTION 动/手动”拨码开关置入“手动”位置后,再切至“自动”状态,才能恢复原状;二、待调节器运行状态稳定,观察自 动跟踪到位后,在“运行数据界面”下,参照5.1节操作恢复自动运行。When error hapans during automatism running and after manual cut it needs to renew automatism running,there are two operation modes:one.Open the faceboard,put “automatism/manual” dial code breaker in the “manual” location,then switch to “automatism” state , it will involute; two.After regulator running stably, observe automatic follow reach its location, under “running data menu”, according to chapter 5.1 to renew automatism running. 自动运行时当出现故障并使控制器退出运行时,若“就地”状态,则使面板“运行/退出”开关切置“退出”再切回“自动”即可恢复。若处于“中控”状态,使DI1(运行)开关断开后再合上即可。When error occurs and make controller quit running during automatism running, if “LOCAL” state, then make faceboard “run/quit” breaker switch to “QUIT” then switch back to “automatism” then it will renew. If stays on “REMOTE” state, make DI1(run) breaker off and then close it will be ok. 10
