LCT微机励磁控制器 操作说明书 LCT Digital Excitation Controller User’s Guide 上键UP Key（^）：向上翻动界面。Go to the up menu. 下键Down Key（v）：向下翻动界面。Go to the down menu. 取消键Quit Key（取消ESC）：退回状态查询菜单菜单。Back to the state checking menu.
各输出开关量与原理图对应符号及说明如下： All digital input variable and
elementary diagram corresponding sign and explaination are following:
DO1：PT熔断----该信号程序自保持。 PT fuse failure----the signal program keeps itself.
DO2：脉冲出错----该信号程序自保持。 Pulse error ----the signal program keeps itself.
DO3：伏赫限制----该信号程序自保持。 V/HZ limit---- the signal program keeps itself.
DO4：自动切手动----调节器发生故障后由自动运行自动切至手动运行状态，该信号程序自保持。 Switch to manual----after regulator error ,auto switch to manual running state from automation state, the signal program keeps itself.
DO5：过励限制----该信号程序自保持。 Over excitation limit ----the signal program keeps itself.
DO6：低励限制----该信号程序自保持。 Under excitation limit---- the signal program keeps itself.
DO7：起励失败----用于自并励励磁系统，该信号程序自保持。 Startup excitation failure----used on static excitation system, the signal program will keep itself.
DO8：AVR故障退----调节器发生故障后由自动运行自动切至退出运行状态，该信号程序自保持。 AVR error quit----after regulator error autoly switch to running state, the signal program keeps itself.
DO9：DEH伏赫动----用于同DEH接口，表示调节器伏赫保护动作。另在非DEH设置中表示在并网状态下励磁电流过小或调节器退出运行时该信号处于“合”的状态，主要用于小型发电机组的失磁保护。 DEH V/HZ done----used to connect DEH, means regulator V/HZ protecting operation. In addition in non DEH setting it means excitation current is too little when connection to the grid or the signal stays “１” state when regulator quit running,mainly used to losting excitation protection of small generator group.
DO10：DEH过流限----用于同DEH接口，表示调节器最大励磁电流限制动作。 DEH over current limit----used to connect DEH, means regulator max excitation current limit operation.
DO11：DEH过励动----用于同DEH接口，表示调节器过励保护动作。DEH over excitation done ----used to connect DEH, means regulation over excitation protecting operation.

DO13：2#功率柜退--用于静止励磁系统，切除2#功率柜可控硅触发脉冲以使2#功率柜退出运行。 2# rectifier quit--used on static excitation system, cut off 3# rectifier thyristor trigger pulse to make 2# rectifier quit running.
DO14：1#功率柜退--用于静止励磁系统，切除1#功率柜可控硅触发脉冲以使1#功率柜退出运行。 1# rectifier quit--used on static excitation system, cut off 3# rectifier thyristor trigger pulse to make 1# rectifier quit running.
DO15：跳2QF----用于带励磁机的励磁系统中，调节器直流输出开关带电动操作机构。 Jump 2QF----used on excitation system with excitator, regulator DC current output breaker with electromotion operation structure.
DO16：投起励回路----用于自并励励磁系统，投起励回路控制接触器。 Commision startup excitation circule----used on static excitation system, commision startup excitation circule’s controlling contacter.
DO17：自动运行 Auto run
DO18：本套正常----用于双通道励磁调节器，向另一套调节器送出本套是否正常的信号。 The local channel ok ----used on two channels excitation regulator, send the signal whether the local channel is ok state to other regulator.
DO19：本套主从----用于双通道并联运行方式的励磁调节器，向另一套调节器送出本套主从的信号。 The local channel is main or slave----used on excitation regulator of two channels parallel connection running mode, send the local channel main or slave signal to other regulator.
DO20：备用 standby DO21：备用 standby DO22：退出运行 quit
DO23：同步50HZ----用于中频机组在检修调试时没有中频电源信号，用50HZ电源替代时接通50HZ同步回路用。Synchronous circuit with 50HZ----used on intermediate frequency generator group when test and overhaul without intermediate frequency electrical source, use 50HZ electrical source to replace to connect 50HZ in synchronous circuit.
DO24：手动运行 manual running
开关量输出信号DOn对应的控制器输出接线符号为注意 O0n1或O0n2，O0n2为信号回路公共接线。Output signal CAUTION D0n’s corresponding controller output connection signal is O0n1 or O0n2, O0n2 sometimes maybe signal commonality connection.

LCT微机励磁控制器 操作说明书 LCT Digital Excitation Controller User’s Guide 5．3．1．2．3 调节器状态 The State of the Regulator： 本套调节器状态： 自动运行 REG State ： Auto 自动运行方式： ＰＩＤ调节 Auto Run Mode： ＰＩＤ 操作：Keyborad operation: 取消键Quit Key（取消ESC）：退回状态查询菜单菜单。Back to the state checking menu.
本套调节器状态分三种状态：“自动运行”、“手动运行”及“退出运行”。The
regulator state divides into three state: “auto run”, “manual run” and “quit”.
自动运行方式分：“PID调节”和“比例调节”。
Auto run mode divides: “PID regulation” and “proportion regulation”.
5．3．2 调试状态菜单 Debug State Menu：
在5．3主菜单下,光标选中第（二）项确认后,进入下列所提示画面。Under 5.3 main menu, after the cursor choosing the second enter, enter the following hint interface.
警告：在发电机停机状态下或 试验状态下，可以进入下一步，否 则可能造成意外后果。按“取消” 退出，按“确认”进入下一步。
Caution： On GEN Stop or Test， Can go to next, Otherwise get Unexpected result, Push【ESC】 to quit, Push【ENT】to next. 操作：Keyborad operation:
取消键Quit Key（取消ESC）：退回主菜单。Back to the main menu.
确认键Enter Key（确认ENTER）：进入调试状态菜单。Go to the debug menu. 按“确认”键后进入下列界面，可对其如下操作：Enter the following interface

操作：Keyborad operation: 上键UP Key（^）：向上移动光标。Up the cursor . 下键Down Key（v）：向下移动光标。Down the cursor .
取消键Quit Key（取消ESC）：退回主菜单。Back to the main menu.
确认键Enter Key（确认ENTER）：选定光标处的状态，进入下一级菜 单。pick the state on the cursor,go to the next menu. 5．3．2．1 参数查询与修改 Parameter Check and Change：
在5．3．2调试状态菜单下,光标选中第（一）项确认后,进入下列所示画面。Under
