Unit 1 He shouted, 'Wolf, wolf!'
一、Aims：
1. Learn a famous traditional story and tell the pupils to be an honest man. 2. Learn to tell something in the past. 二、Focus：
1. Vocabulary: shout, wolf, once upon a time, look after, sheep, bored, village, everyone,
field, laugh, lie
2. Sentence pattern: There was a boy. He looked after sheep. The boy ran to the village. 三、Aids ：
tape-recorder, cards, picture, computer, book 四、Teaching Process： Teacher’s Activity I. Warming up and Revision 1. sing a song“at the factory” 2. revise some verbs with the past simple II. Leading-in 1.sing together with the action 2. read together or row by row Students’ Activity 1. tell the students this is a famous European fable. Find 1.①draw their attention to the out if any of the children know the story 2. let the students talk about the story as they can and write new vocabulary on the board III.
