摘要

目前,随着我国汽车的发展,变速箱的应用需求越来越高,其质量的要求也越来越高,而往往其容易损坏,故而就设计出了变速箱翻转架以用来维修或者汽车专业学员实操技能的培训。所以,这次是有关变速翻转架的设计。

变速箱是汽车传动系统的主要组成之一。汽车的实际使用情况非常复杂,如起步、怠速停车、低速或高速行驶、加速、减速、爬坡和倒车等,这就要求汽车的驱动力和车速能在相当大的范围内变化,而目前广泛采用的活塞式发动机的输出转矩和转速变化范围较小。为了适应经常变化的行驶条件,同时使发动机在有利的工况下(功率较高、油耗较低)工作,在传动系统中设置了变速箱。变速箱关乎到车主的安全,所以变速箱的维修检测也必须谨慎,故而翻转架的选择和设计是十分重要的。

课程设计是考察学生全面在掌握基本理论知识的重要环节,这次的课程设计对于我们来说是非常的重要,因为它不仅是在我们完成生产实习,学完机械制造技术基础和其它专业课程之后进行的,还是将我们所学理论与具体设计相结合得到解决问题和分析问题能力的初步培养,另外也为以后搞好毕业设计、走上工作岗位进行一次综合的训练。

Abstract

At present, along with the development of our country automobile, the application demand of gear box is getting higher and higher, the request of its quality is also getting higher and higher, but often its easy damage, therefore designed the gear box roll-over stand to be used to service or the automotive specialty student reality holds training of skill. Therefore, this time is the design of related speed change roll-over stand.

The gear box is one of the automobile transmission system main compositions. The actual service condition of automobile is complex, such as the start, the idling regime parking, low speed or the high-speed travel, accelerate, decelerate, climb and back up, this requests the driving influence and vehicle speed of automobile can change in the considerably large scope, but the output torque and rotational speed of range of variation piston engine at present widely uses is small. In order to adapt to travel condition of change, simultaneously makes (the power of engine under the advantageous operating mode high frequently, oil consumption to be low) work, has established the gear box in the transmission system. The gear box concerns the safety of vehicle owner, therefore the service examination of gear box must be discrete, therefore the choice and design of roll-over stand are very important.

The curriculum project is to inspect the student comprehensively in grasping the important link of elementary theory knowledge, this curriculum project regarding us very important, because it not only completes the productive practice in us, after completing other bases of manufacturing technique and special courses, carries on, studies the theory and concrete design us unifies is solved the problem and preliminary training of analysis problem ability, moreover does well the graduation project, to take the job to carry on a comprehensive training for later.
