浅析我国中小企业绩效考核存在的问题与对策

——以甘肃天盛科技有限公司为例

摘要:随着改革开放和市场环境的不断完善,我国的中小企业获得了前所未有的发

展契机,并逐渐成为了我国经济发展的重要力量。在中小企业的不断发展壮大中,一些问题也随着而来,中小企业的管理水平并未随其经济贡献而不断发展,尤其是管理理念的更新缺乏内在动力。企业的管理理念中最为重要的环节是绩效考核,基于此,本文将对中小企业的绩效考核问题进行研究,并指出目前我国中小企业的绩效考核中存在的问题,提出相应对策。

Abstract: With the advancing reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly in

recent years, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises especially rapidly, become a vital force for China's economic development. However, our country small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) in economic development, scale expands unceasingly, at the same time, the management level of enterprises has not keep up with the level of enterprise development. Performance appraisal is neglected in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is an important link, this article through to the current situation of our country small and medium-sized enterprises performance evaluation are analyzed, and find out problems, and puts forward some Suggestions.
