摘 要
随着我国现阶段改革开放的不断深入，城市化进程的步伐日益加快，使得我国城市管理建设发生着日新月异的变化。社区是社会的细胞，它已成为加快城市管理建设，提高城市管理水平和城市公民素质等的重要载体。社区管理管理建设是城市管理建设的基础，现代城市社区管理管理建设已经不仅仅是一个理论研究问题，它已经成为一个重要的现实问题。
如基础设施不完善，发展不平稳，社区行政化倾向严重，与快速推进的城市化不相适应；服务的社会化和专业化水平较低，尚不能满足社区居民多元化、多层次的物质生活和精神生活的需求，居民对社区的认可度和参与度不高等问题。能够通过此次的研究可以对社区管理管理建设有所全面的了解，并为新型社区管理管理建设提出一些建议，希望能为以后的社区管理管理建设提供参考。

Abstract
With the deepening of reform and opening-up in our country, the pace of urbanization is accelerating day by day, which makes the urban construction in our country change with each passing day. Community is the cell of society, it has become an important carrier to speed up urban construction, improve the level of urban management and urban citizenship. The construction of community management is the foundation of urban construction. The construction of modern urban community management is not only a theoretical research problem, it has become an important practical problem.
Such as infrastructure is not perfect, development is not smooth, the community administrative tendency is serious, and the rapid advance of urbanization is incompatible; service socialization and specialization level is low, still can not meet the community residents diversified, multi-level material life And spiritual life needs, residents of the community's acceptance and participation is not high and so on. Through this study can be a comprehensive understanding of community management and construction of new community management put forward some suggestions, hoping to provide a reference for future community management and construction.
