Abstract In view of the current laboratory building of local colleges and universities exist in the general problem, a laboratory building of local colleges and universities must cater for the building of the main battlefield of the local economy, carry out extensive cooperation in the basic countermeasures research.

21世纪的高等教育着重强调培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,这是一个系统工程,是高校的中心工作,特别是地方高校肩负着“培养适应地方经济社会发展需要、具有创新精神的应用型人才”的重任,而实验教学的任务和作用是培养学生创新精神与创新能力不可替代的重要环节。从目前许多地方高校实验室建设情况来看,还存在一些亟待解决的问题。笔者结合几年来的实验室建设管理经验,谈谈目前地方高校实验室建设中存在的主要问题和基本对策。 2 主要问题
2.1 建设资金投入不足,使用分散,建不起高水平的实验室建设资金投入不足是地方高等院校建设和发展中存在的普遍问题。对于有限的建设资金,学校出于统筹兼顾的考虑,只能“广撒胡椒面”;再加上各个院、系、教研室都追求小而全,致使有限的资金分散,造成设备重复购置严重,利
